I was able to get the best deal online from super.com.
Booked a hotel room with them,all the emails documentation screenshot showing the type of room I booked but they send a voucher for the wrong room and then just say their terms and conditions mean it's tough, despite the error being theirs.
They have a lower price to sucker you in then once they have your money you will never see it again.
Use a more reputable site the extra 10 or 20 pound will be worth it.

The hotel charges less then what you'll pay with super.com! And after you realize the customer service will sluff you off...

The business I booked through is Super.com. I have personally never heard about it before, but they had an offer for a hotel room that was in my budget. I am student and therefore I don't wanna pay to much for a hotel room. I want to spend my money on food, activities, and things to do in the city.
When I came to the Hotel, I was shocked because it wasn't a hotel, it was a hostel. That was the first red flag. I had to check-in online by myself and when I saw the room, I was furious. On Super.com, on their website they stated "shared bathroom" on some of the rooms. However, "classic room" didn't have anything saying that I had to share a bathroom with someone else. Futhermore, on the website on "classic room" they showed pictures of a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Therefore, I thought "classic room" included a private bathroom.
The customer service sucked. They did not help me with what I needed nor did they care. They just asked "is there anything I can help you with" instead of helping me with the issue. Asked for compensation for a room with a private bathroom since that is what I payed for, but they didn't want to do anything. In addition, the guy said that Super.com would not refund my money because the offer was refundable three days upon my arrival. All they said was that they couldn't do anything and that I shouldn't have trusted their pictures on their website and be so blunt. However, what the person said wasn't true. When I booked the room I didn't have the possibility to choose "amenities" as the person I talked to said I should've done.Therefore, DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. Super.com isn't as super as they say.

If the dates or the room type you selected are sold out, we let you know and show the next available dates, so you must double-check your booking details before you complete your reservation. This includes checking the dates, location, price, room type, etc. It's also a good idea to review our cancellation policy so that you know what to expect if you need to change or cancel your reservation. In this case we do see that the room type booked was Annex 2 which is actually an option without attached bath.
The only exception that would allow us to issue a refund or compensation would be with hotel approval. Once you have received approval, please initiate a cancellation, by visiting: go.super.com/amend and following the prompts.

We were in Santa Rosa, CA to help a relative move and needed to stay longer. So, our last minute booking led us to the Hyatt Regency which was a extraordinary experience. The property had many amenities, and surrounding area had great dining and coffee options.

Delighted with our accommodations at the Executive Residence Best Western in Calgary, Alberta. The spacious room was so comfortable and provided us a restful sleep.
They book incorrectly and will not refund $! It has been a nightmare to get my money for their mistake! Still no luck!

Do not ever expect to get your money back, they have outsourced customer service who are just robots repeating the same five lines over and over again, and even if the hotel you stay at authorizes your return or if they mess up and don't confirm booking even if they took your money, you'll never get it back. The customer service people are unhelpful and don't care, and while you may get a cheap deal on a hotel, you better pray nothing goes wrong because they will screw you over in a heartbeat

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
