Found this site via a travel search engine and was initially unsure as hadn't heard of them. However, booking went smoothly and I secured the best price around when I booked by a lot! Emails and WhatsApp messages were really informative and helpful, and checking in at the Hilton was easy. Plus, I shared my discount code for booking with a friend who also used their site and likewise had a similar smooth experience. Definitely would book via super.com again

1st time using super.com and their price is way cheaper than the hotel itself. I saved $12. Paid $72 with Super.com then the hotel cgarged me a $4 charge for cleaning(really?). I called the hotel to make a reservation and they would of charged me $88.

Super.com is a rip-off. For a $119.00 hotel room rate, Super.com charged $147.00. That's a $28.00 service charge. Make the reservation directly to the hotel. Don't use Super.com. All their B.S. About the lowest rate is just that B.S.

I had a good experience while using super.com. My only suggestion is they find a way to let u modify your booking. I made the mistake of booking a day late.!instead of booking on the day I needed I booked a day after… so I had to sleep in car til next day . But it's my fault because I should have paid more attention. Overall Super.com did save me money & it was very easy to use…

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
