The price they posted was the most reasonable of the sites listed. I requested, if possible, to get a room reasonably close to the elevator (I have bad legs so appreciate not having to walk the length of the hall). They booked it and between them and the hotel, got us set up. The only thing closer would have been a bed in the elevator.
The hotel itself was excellent, the room was spacious and clean. The whole experience could not have gone better. Thanks much!

Booked a hotel room 1 month in advance and paid in full. Days later they said that there was a mistake and the reservation was sent to another hotel I had 3 options. Full refund 2 go to the mistaken hotel 3 Le them chose a hotel for me LOL LOl. These people are TRASH. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Avoid at all cost. Super.com mimics the actual hotel site then presents the nearest available date in such a way you feel you are on the hotel site and booking the night you requested. Instead you are on a foreign site, booking a future unwanted date, with no recourse. I feel scammed out of $250 and who has the time to chase that amount across jurisdictions. Tried calling them etc… no answer. Avoid

Easy to book and convenient to get WhatsApp instead of email
Did a sameday booking for a motel, was wrong motel. Did not help lost the money and the room they wouldn't help or try to put reservation to correct motel and very unprofessional. Needless to say I worked a 12hr shift both motels were willing to except the change to the correct motel without a problem but Super.com refused to do anything don't use this super.com to book anything you'll loose your money room everything
Double charged me and made me wait 5-7 business days to get my money. Near Christmas time where every bit of money counts.

Easy booking no hassle. The hotel Liner in Liverpool was a great stay would definitely book again. The room was good the staff was great and so was the hotel.

The experience buying with super.com was good. Some little things to improve, such as the language they use to contact customers (it varies from English to Spanish or German), and give warning about taxes to be paid at the hotel.
I loved they had the best pricing.
It was so simple to book, I received texts and emails (for anyone being sneaking make sure your watching the first confirmation communication will not be the last lol) which in my case eased my mind so I didn't have to call and double check nothing. Booked online, showed up and was in my room within 5 minutes no lie... will definitely use this site everytime if they keep these prices.
HORRID COMPANY, SHAMEFUL. Would not refund a hotel booking when the actual hotel agreed. Could not go due to forces of nature, beyond my control. High winds cancelled the ferries, thus could not get to the hotel. Hotel was good about it when I called there to cancel, and told me to get in touch with super.com as they will refund it as it was no fault of mine due to weather being the cause. I was going to visit my 92 mom in a nursing home for Christmas, and all I asked for was a different booking so I could go, not even a refund, but a refund would work too. They said they would try. I told them the hotel had already told me that they would agree. They later tell me they are sorry but no they can't refund as the hotel won't refund them! Bull. I know that as I spoke to the hotel, told them to go ahead and book my room to another traveller, and I'm sure that they did. I have all the screenshots of the cancellations of the ferries that caused the issue, no help at all from them. Now I cannot visit my mother in the nursing home at Christmas. Shame on this company.

Was the lowest rate, booked while parked out front, went in and checked in. Easy
Super.com will get you the best price. In exchange for best price you may not get an "official" confirmation number at the time of booking which impedes from getting resort perks and early Chech-ins. That being said, Super.com does exactly as they promise which is why they get 10/10. They locked in the best rate and we arrived to the resort with everything that was promised. Very well done.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
