You will never have a way to get their response once you are charged. They have those representatives keep apologizing to you over the phone, but no one will ever refund you money even it was their mistake, they just throw you in the bus during your trip to deal with. They never call you back or send you email back even they have all the contact information on file. Horrible lier. Never deal with them for your trip, it's ruined your time.
I went to kayak.com for hotel rates, and I found super.com to be the absolute cheapest. This was AFTER downloading hotels.com app, priceline.com app, and also booking.com. All those other sites actually give you a price higher...but kayak.com showed me that super.com actually was cheaper on every hotel from their website. 10 bucks cheaper a night for the same room! I then got it for 2 nights instead of one. I never leave reviews usually unless I am upset, just don't have the time, but this really surprised me to see the BIG NAMES on the commercials just HIKE UP PRICES and make you feel they are better.

Found a great deal. The site was easy to navigate. Had no problems whatsoever getting my hotel.
In the past I've used booking.com my friend told me to go on kayak and look for the best rates. So I went on kayak and super.com had the lowest rates. I then booked through super.com. The website was very easy to navigate their rates were much cheaper than any other site. I easily booked my hotel and when I arrived everything was ready for me to check in. I highly recommend to tip as it's asks during your payment process. I would not recommend to pay extra for breakfast without calling the hotel to see what they have. Great experience with Super.com
Booked a hotel that doesn't exist. The listing had photos and street address of a hotel in Kaohsiung but it listed the hotel in Hengchun. Called the hotel in Kaohsiung but they never had my reservation nor do they ever work with Super. There were no such hotel in Hengchun. It was a listing error but Super didn't admit to this error and just asked me to get the Kaohsiung hotel to cancel the reservation (which is impossible since they never had the reservation to begin with). I am now in the process in getting refund via Mastercard Chargeback since Super refused to admit fault. Wasted so much time with their online chat.
Pro tip: just stick with Agoda, Booking. If you really have to book with them call the hotel to confirm reservation.
I would use a different site to book hotels. Due to severe weather in the area of the hotel we weren't able to travel there. We contacted super.com & they said for us to contact the hotel for a refund. Hotel said it wasn't up to them it was up to super.com & it was refused. We were informed super.com keeps the money when reservations are cancelled & not returned to the customers. I will never use this site again.

I've never written a review before but this website literally has me here writing one. I have never ever ever been more upset. I booked through this website because a friend gave it to me saying she had used it previously. I booked a hotel room for two nights and drove about six hours to get to this hotel for them to turn me away. They stated that they were overbooked and that the third party website that I booked from pushed the booking through even though they were overbooked. I was left stranded in the middle of this city where I knew nobody. I was defeated after this long drive that I contemplated sleeping in my truck. I had to stay in the parking lot and call numerous hotels until I found one on the opposite side of the city that would take us in at an affordable rate. I have disputed this transaction to the bank but super.com canceled it and they kept my money without giving me the service that they promised. I am truly upset and let this be a lesson to only book direct no matter how good the deal is. It's better to pay a little more than to be stranded.

I don't want to give them any stars I want to take away the stars they have. I made a booking with them for 11/24. The hotel had roaches and I know that's not super's fault but I've been trying to get a refund for almost a month now. I've called several times and each time they keep saying they can't call or email out for the hotel to request my refund. They told me I had to reach out to them. I call the hotel several times and they say the same thing that super has to contact them for me to get my refund. Super keeps saying they can't call out but yet they said that the supervisor can call me back, well hell if the supervisor can call me why can't they call the hotel for my refund? Keep saying they can't call out but said a supervisor will get back to me bunch of stupid $#*!. Never using super again. Worst $#*!ing company to book with. I'm a single unemployed mom who needs my money back but they playing games.
Hotel destination fee was not mentioned during the whole booking process and we were shocked when we checked in the hotel. An extra $189 destination fee has to be paid. There's not the way to do business and I hope they close down soon so less people get hurt.

I went to check into the hotel and the tv didnt work, it didnt have a working shower, the hotel manager said she understood and would issue refund, i had to book another hotel at a significantly higher rate. This "travel" company now refuses to issue my refund even though they were given back the cost of the room. Make it extremely difficult and ask for documentation hotels cant give you. Fraud scams stole $74 dollars from me that the hotel refunded me back because they had roaches these people gave me the run around for 20 days the hotel returned the money to their own virtual card that I have no access to and will not release it. I have called this company over and over again to receive my refund and they keep lying telling me their travel agent is reviewing the amendment. They then said that because the policy was no refunds their travel team kept my money. I kept asking how do they feel they could keep my money if the hotel agreed to the refund and sent paperwork to which they have not given me a valid reason. They are fraud fake scammers and thieves! Do not book from them and do not sign up for their membership.
