250 dollars fee for finding a hotel is just madness. I initially thought maybe I booked the hotel room for 3 days and not 2. Then upon checking I realized their service fee cost is as much as the hotel room. Non refundable so I have to live with it but I'll never book through these people again.

I booked a hotel from super.com for me and my son for the upcoming NYE then realized I booked the wrong hotel. They would not make any change or refund. And the hotel side said they will issue a refund but cannot garentee if super.com will refund it to me. Worst company for booking hotel. And will report them fraud. Would not recommend to anyone. Please stay with booking.com or Expedia

I tried this company for the first time. I was hesitant and afraid because I had never heard of them before. Well, everything about this booking was easy and stress free. The price was $20 less than all other companies listed. Registration was easy. Reservation confirmed in no time. Hotel immediately received my info and checkin was hassle free. Everything went well. This was all too easy to believe. Well worth it. Will definitely use Super.com again and I highly recommend them.
The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I had selected the 2 bed option while making my reservation with super.com, but when I contacted the hotel, they informed me that I was booked for only 1 bed. Despite reaching out to super.com customer service team and providing them with screenshots from their website, they refused to honor my request or cancel my reservation. The phone and chat customer experience with them was truly terrible.

My father went into the hospital on Christmas Eve, so I immediately canceled my trip to Florida for the holidays, but this was apparently not a good enough excuse to receive a refund on my hotel room. The first representative I spoke to was Jim and he said he'd relay my inquiry to a supervisor and I'd receive a call back within an hour. I waited until the next day without getting a call and the second representative I spoke to said there was never a request put in to notify a supervisor.

They know very well they are scamming you, with the hopes of getting away with it.
I was redirected from kayak.com with low rates for a hotel. After initial payments went thru, they surprised me in email that there would be additional charges at the hotel. The additional charges at hotel per day were higher than the initial amount I paid. Obviously I walked out and my vacation was ruined.
They refused to refund initial payment excusing that all charges are non-refundable. I am fighting them with american express.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.

At Super Travel, we display the room rate and the sale taxes. Additional hotel fees are detailed in the "About" section of the hotel card and the customer's voucher. These fees are not charged by us but by the property directly and are mandatory payments at their sole discretion.
In this case nonetheless, is noted that this hotel charges a resort fee, but is much less than that. The amount was included in the listing as well as your check-in voucher and payment receipt.
