After genuinely making an error on the date, we found that Super. Com provides only a chatbot response. Aware of the terms of service as non-refundable and unchangeable the response was disappointing as they were not prepared to change. Super.com is not customer-focused.

Sites usually populate today's date when searching for hotels. Well super dated a week from current date so booked wrong date with no option to modify or cancel.

I booked with Super.com in August and my reservation was set for September. When I arrived to the hotel, they could not find my reservation because the hotel listed on the site was not the same hotel that was at the physical address I went to. My fiance and I had to pay the hotel to stay there even though I had already booked our stay online. I tried reaching out to Super.com for a refund because it made no sense to pay for a hotel twice. Long story short, I was not able to get a refund due to it being past the refundable date even though what was provided on the site was not what was at the physical address.

We had a great experience and the hotel price was cheaper than any other site I could find!
An avalanche caused us to miss our first night of our booking. The hotel refunded the money the minute we arrived but I've been fighting with the site for three weeks. Despite written proof of the refund sent to me and super.com by the hotel they still haven't honored the refund. Never again will I use them.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
