Super made every hotel stay affordable and very convenient. I stayed in multiple states at a very affordable price due to super.com. I was skeptical at first due to not hearing about super.com before but that was all out the window when everything was confirmed at every single hotel. Don't believe the negative comments and give super.com a try for your self.
I have booked with Super app for a night stay. When reach there, hotel say there is no name being booked under. Tried to contact Super agents, issue escalated to amendment team and gone silent. Still trying to chase for refund. My holiday is spoiled.

Scammers. Good reviews were written on their order. They simply steal your money, send you a fake reservation that no one at the hotel sees, and respond with stock phrases. They will make you wait at the counter for many hours, you may spend the night in the car and you will end up having to pay the hotel directly again. They need to be sued!

I've booked with Super.com before and have always been pleased. We did have to ask for another room because the 1st one they put us in didn't have a working phone. And the a/c was so loud. So they put us in another room and it has no towels, wash clothes, or hand towels at all. But I called down to the desk and they brought us what we needed. We will continue to stay at Fairfield.
It was my first time to use this company.
I had a wonderful experience with them, they are fair in prices for the hotels and have hotels that are nice to pick from.

It was my first time using Super, never heard of the site before so i was a bit skeptical when i found the best deal. Eveything went smooth in booking. No issues on arrival to hotel. Checkin went easy and i had a good room. Will be using Super again!

We hebben een 5 daagse reis naar Berlijn geboekt via de App. Ik had wel wat slechte reviews gelezen, maar deze snap ik niet echt. We hebben veel Nederlandse booking sites, dus deze kende ik nog niet echt. Ik vond het echt super makkelijk en het scheelde €100 met andere sites.
I was skeptical at first because I read some reviews saying it was a scam but after booking my sunseeker resort stay I called the resort and they confirmed my reservation! We had a great time and the booking price was lowest around. I highly recommend super.com
We enjoyed our stay the room was nice and roomy. We needed a room that a wheelchair could fit. It was unfortunate that there was no safety rail for the toilet as transfers from wheelchair to toilet were hard. I thought there would be a bench in the tub so he could shower.
The room was very clean the breakfast was great. The service was excellent. I don't have a credit card they almost did not allow us to stay cause I don't have a credit card but they took a $300 deposit off my debit. I wish there was a way to not need a credit card.
Even though it was New Year Eve I expected some noise from other rooms it was very quiet.
Booked a room and I can't check inn. They are having issues on there end and having trouble fixing it. Waited hours.They don't care about the people booking. They don't care. Don't book with them.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
