The same room was offered at two different prices. For $1 more I could book a fully refundable room. I had to cancel my reservation. It stated that my reservation was not refundable. There is no link to connect to someone to help with the cancelation. Their automated phone line puts you in a never-ending loop. Poorly managed company. Avoid using them!
I've used several 3rd parties to book my rooms but not Super.com. Because they advertised a significantly lower price. I decided to give they a try. The process was simple and no issues. I'll use them in the future for sure and highly recommend to friends and family.

Hotel staff totally amazing! Facility pretty but no microwave or fridge in room. No hot water for two days🥶. Should not have to walk around block to get it it you are not using parking lot. No signs showing it's Hampton inn from highway😩

Using super.com was very easy to book my motel. I would recommend using this site. 5 stars. However, the hotel itself did NOT accommodate my family as we requested but that was the hotels fault.
We got a great deal on our hotel reservation. One lady was checking in without a reservation what she paid for 2 nights. Is what I paid for 4 nights 💃.

We stayed at the Best Western Katy inns and suites in Katy Texas and loved it. I got two nights for a great rate and I'm so glad I used the super.com website.
Never use super.com to book a hotel.
There's no live person to talk to and when I tried to chat with someone online to get a refund over $39.90, I was transferred to four different associates. Finally, after an hour, a bot icon said, they couldn't do anything about the fact that the return application would only allow a $39.90 refund, even though I paid $87.79 including the extra $8 for a refundable room.
I would have even settled to change the date of our reservation, but the website would not allow us to make any changes to our reservation.
Additionally, the phone number just hangs up on you after they say to go on the website or download the app.
Nothing worked to get a refund over the $39.90 amount.
One positive was that the Comfort Inn confirmed that we had a reservation, so it wasn't a total scam.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
