I was checking into a hotel and the clerk said we "got a good deal" and it through super.com
I booked a reservation for 3 days & chose the free cancellation option that was an extra $10 a night. I go to look at my receipt & it says no refund with cancellation. I call customer service & there is nothing they can do. That is scamming at its finest & if they don't make it right I will be letting everybody I know know not to book with super.com. Give me my $30 back or give me my cancellation policy I rightfully paid for!
Compared to the other services, Super. Com works. It was extremely simple and I was not bothered with by annoying options on what I wanted.

I booked a 2 bed suite with super.com for 586.00 on January 1st. I arrived at the hotel and was checked in and when I went to the room it was 1 king size bed. I went back down to the front desk and told them it was an error and they told me I booked a king. The manager showed me the receipt and it was my name but it was not my information. Apparently you will book on this website and they will turn around and book for you at a cheaper rate but what I paid for I didn't receive, they keyed in 1 king instead of 2 full. I booked 2 beds because of age and gender. I asked to book another room and they were completely sold out and 1 person had to sleep on the floor. This is a side hustle company even if you have to pay more it will save you the headache, because of information not put incorrectly it make my stay horrible for 2 days. They gain 287.00 extra and didn't rebook the reservations correctly.

I found super.com easy to deal with and like how they used WhatsApp instead of email which made it easy for me to find bookings quickly. They texted the day before check in and send a notification when your near the hotel which is a nice touch

I have made reservations twice for Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. First time the reservation didn't show up I had book room myself and although I sent in evidence of payment never got my money back. Fwd: Super: IMPORTANT: YOUR SUPER TRAVEL BOOKING B_*******
Second time I made reservations I had the same issue. The reservation never showed up at Cosmopolitan. I ended up sleeping in my car as there was no room available in Vegas. After being on hold for hours they want me to get Cosmopolitan to write a letter that they didn't have the reservation. It's a joke for me to go through this. When I called Cosmo they laughed at me. It would be Super responsibility to do that not the consumer. B_*******

Charged $50 over price of hotel bill, called them to ask them why. They said they got a better price, they didn't. It was the same price as the hotel website. The hotel bill was $50 less than what Super.com charged my credit card, and during the transaction they texted me to say they saved me $38 and would I like to leave an $8-10 tip. They are disreputable, and BTW they want you to join and use their app for $14.99 per month. They are not about saving you money. They are about taking your money and leaving you nothing to show for it.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
