I just BOOKED a hotel with a website I never used heard of and it was so easy.so smooth…. Didn't have to do anything twice… with that extra energy here I am writing a review! Not to mention they also had the best deal...

I booked just a day before my travel, and still got ~20% rate for my hotel booking. Room was fantastic and as per website description. No hassle at all. Unbelievable deal.
I only rated it 1 because you can't rate it zero. The customer service is completely fraudulent and they do not stand up to their policies on their website. I will NEVER use this again. An emergency arose for our travel one day before we were supposed to go. We called the hotel who stated that since we booked through a 3rd party they cannot move the dates but if we got the 3rd party to send a waiver email, they would be happy to help us. After trying to call super.com for over 30 times, finally got through and they refuse to send the email. No cost to them to do so, but they won't do it even though they have a policy for emergencies on their website. Fraudulent service. I will be disputing my credit card charge.
I purchased accommodation in Adelaide which was advertised on Super.com in Australian currency, but Super.com charged the advertised amount plus $25.22 EXTRA as transaction fees. When I called Super.com to try to get the charges refunded they said it was because the company is based in the US. However that has nothing to do with me. The cost of accommodation was advertised in Australian Dollars for accommodation in Australia and I paid with an Australian credit card. No where in the purchase terms was there a clause which mentioned additional costs for currency conversion! Their advertising is deceptive and their service is non existent. BUYER BEWARE! I will definitely never use them again and will be reporting them to the Australian Consumer affairs/Police for fraudulent dealings.

Some credit card companies may charge an additional fee for transactions that are processed outside of Australia. Essentially, it is an extra charge levied by the card provider for facilitating cross-border payments, even in instances when your transaction is denominated in your local currency, AUD.
This is not a charge by Super.com but rather a charge by your card issuer for processing an international transaction as we are based in the US. If you have any further questions about these fees or any exchange rates applied to your transaction, please contact your credit card issuer.

I quickly needed to find a hotel room, so I googled "hotels in Chicago near me". The rate Super was offering for the hotel I booked was almost half the rate if I booked it with the hotel directly.
I booked a hotel through Super.com a month ago at a hotel I stayed in 2 years ago, but used a different platform then. I received confirmation via text, but no instructions on which hotel or door keypad code. The phone number on app was disconnected. If it weren't for a wonderful hotel guest who had the owners phone number and contacted him, to call me, we would have had to leave. In addition, in the text I was to pay an additional Resort Fee (for Cleaning) of $58, and $200 refundable damage fee. None of this showed up during making the reservation. While the hotel is cute and conveniently located downtown, I would never come back because of our bad experience. It took 1 1/2 hours of frustration to finally get the extra charges paid and approved. 2 years ago there were none of the extr a fees.

Post-booking, these details are also included in your voucher and payment receipt. Please remember, that these fees are not levied by Super.com but are standard charges from the hotel.

This is my fourth time using super.com and they've been great. The costumer service when calling in is excellent as well. Highly recommend
We were pleasantly surprised that this Travelodge had all the facilities of a hotel for half the price. As we were staying just to sleep for an early morning flight we booked the nearest (and cheap) place to stay. The Reception staff were welcoming and there was on on sight restaurant. The room was perfect for one night.
Made reservation for HOMEWOOD suites on 01/07 online. Arrived at hotel 01/13 for check in and hotel said per screen reservation made but not paid. Had to pay at hotel a second time. Called customer support and their solution was to send them the bill from hotel and they would refund me later.

We understand that you'd like to change the dates of your reservation. However, as we're a booking service, we're unable to modify the reservation after you booked it. Also, the terms & conditions of the booking state that your booking is non-refundable. However, as a one-time courtesy, if you are able to get hotel permission for a refund (i.e., an official note/statement from authorized personnel at the hotel with the hotel approver’s name, their position, your full name and your travel dates), please submit it to go.super.com/amend. Then, we will review that the documentation is valid and negotiate a refund on your booking with our travel partners.
