It's a scam, saw a lot of advertising pop up on facebook, on my internet page, cookies... everywhrere. See some good review. I purchased! Stupid me. Material are sooo bad and so much chemicals... that I afraid to open another package in same box. I contact return dept. They told me to send back in the same package to adddress on label. I did that back to CA address. Sent to tracking number. Customer services send me email said that I got a wrong instruction. I need to send back to "Guangzhou, China" but not send address in China. Same situation happened to My friends too. This is BAD CHINA way of do business and AMERICAN is putting up with it... stupid me!

Style We used to represent reputable indie fashion designers. When I first came across them maybe 10 years ago I bought some great quality well designed clothes, but the quality gradually declined and they no longer have designers on their website. If you order you will receive a poor quality knock off of an image stolen from a reputable designer. Returns are a nightmare and expensive. The size charts are way off and the clothes run small causing expensive returns. Do your homework and do an image search for their photos and you'll see that it is a total scam.

I ordered 3 items back in October of 2021. I got a (turns out to be a false) tracking about a week later. No items came. I ordered the items for thanksgiving. StyleWe send me more false tracking and said be patiece" and were sorry. More false tracking was sent (in Chinese). Two of the items were ordered for my sister for a Christmas present. StyleWe said for the inconvience they would compensate me 40% plus I could keep the items when deliverd. No items on Dec. 15. They uped the compensation to 60% - No items. Then on 30Dec. They said they lost the items, No Kidding! Then said No compensation since the items were not delivered. They hanked me around for 9 weeks. After Lies, Fake shipping info. They said, "we will get back to you. I would NEVER order from Style WE!

They take pictures of the clothes of another sites and make bad copies of them. When you want to return the clothes (because they're not what you bought) customer service tells you that you have to pay for the shipping to China OR KEEP THE UGLY AND CHEAP CLOTHES AND THEY WILL RETURN THE 15% OF YOUR PURCHASE. After chatting with customer service several times, I just received answers that came from a robot. The sizes are inaccurate, there are no exchanges either, so if you want to throw your money in the trashcan, you can buy from them. I only posted one example of their clothes, but I have in here like 20 pieces of clothes that I don't know what to do with them. The best way to return the things is with USPS, and to send them with a tracking number, the shipping to China for 15 pounds of clothes is $487.00 U.S. dollars! Now tell me that it is not a fraud when STYLEWE is acting with treachery and advantage by selling products that will be practically impossible to return!

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!" I ordered products well over a month ago. Before Thanksgiving on 11/22/21. Paid through PayPal and also put a claim in through PayPal. Now Stylewe is stating that they will issue a full refund if I take down the negative comments on this forum and close the case through PayPal. This doesn't make any sense what so ever. If you're not able to issue my refund through PayPal, then why is it even an option? On top of that. How are you going to issue a refund if not through PayPal because I'm definitely not going to give you my card information? Make this make sense to me.

Most designs will fit flat to small (maybe c cup) breasts well. Any larger breasts the items fit is horrible. Darts and contouring are needed to get a better fit.

All products are shipped from China. So that means the shipping takes longer then expected. If you are dissatisfied and want to return an item the buyer must pay all shipping cost to return the item to China. They state this when you begin the return request and then ask you if you still want them to print a return label knowing you will probably will decide to just eat the cost of the item instead of incurring more loss.

I purchased a dress from StyleWe that arrived 2 weeks after the proposed "arrive by" date. My package was not delivered to the right place so I reached out to them to find out what happened and I was told it was delivered and it was up to me to find it. Luckily the person who received my package returned it to my mailbox.
Once I opened up the package the dress had an awful smell and looked NOTHING like the picture. It was cheaply made with strings hanging everywhere. I contacted StyleWe for a refund and they said I had to ship it back to China on me or they could offer a 15% cash refund which does not even begin to cover the insane shipping fees, delays, wrong location and poorly made smelly dress.
Very disappointed and will not be online shopping there in the future. At least Shein offers hassle free returns.

What you see on their site is not what you get. The material quality is terrible and if you want to return it, good luck! They also offer you 15% of what you paid plus you have to pay shipping and custom's charge to go back to CHINA. Did not realize it was coming from China. Appeared to be in the US.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
