Many items not as pictured

I have ordered twice from them. Pretty good but cheap quality. Hit and miss for most things. Often, the product IS NOT what is pictured (belt missing, quality of fabric different). I don't care for the free jewelry sent as it is not good quality or approprite for a professional.

I have made two purchases online here I have not found any problem. Both items (a pair of sandals and a business style dress) were as described and arrived on time. It is cheap but without losing quality, so I am happy to recommend it.

Stay Away

This company has stolen pictures from other websites and they attempt to replicate such items and do a poor job of it. The prices say CAD when you go to check out. Afterwards you realize they charge you in USD not CAD. The clothing are not as described, I purchased a lot of coats from them on my first order, after I received the item I realized, I had been rip off. The coats had no linning and threads were hanging everywhere. I held the coats up to the window and they was see through. After from that they were I'll fitting. I took pictures and explain the situation. I requested that all my orders be cancelled on Dec 1, I was told my orders were cancelled and not to worry. I got home and found more of their poor quality products at my house today, as usual the company wants you to ship the items back to China at your expense. However the items are been shipped from an address here in Burnaby BC. To ship to China and pay customs they are aware this is a huge amount. They will not refund you the money if you ship it back to the local address, they are hopeful that you will be discouraged from shipping back the items and keep the garbage, whilst they refund you 10 percent back to keep the items. I literally can not keep these items. I spend over 1,500 CAD with this company. They refused to cancel my orders, after I have requested they do so several times. Yet the company keeps charging my card and kept charging my account. Some of the items arrived without tags and were so wrinkled they look like they were already worn. There is no way for you to write a review on the companywebsite of the products you receive, because the company is fully aware they are sending you garbage

Ladies plaid trousers

Had looked for a long time, finally found a pair if trousers I thought I could wear. Only trouble is. They need to ship my order. Tracking numbers supplied do not work and USPS has no record of the tracking number they provided. They blame Covid 19 but I have received orders in an average of 16 days from other suppliers in China. Disappointing to say the least, dishonest at best.

I bought the pink, boatneck "elegant" dress with only mediocre expectations given the price. I was right - it was BAD. The workmanship was not that bad - a few loose threads sticking out from the seams, and it looks vaguely like the photo. But, the material was NOT what I expected, although "polyester" can come in many forms. I expected it to be a slightly stretchy fabric. It has the stiff and slick feel of a rain coat, not an elegant dress. It also wrinkles HORRIBLY. I used a professional fabric steamer, and it took 30 MINUTES to get just a few of the wrinkles out, but they came right back as soon I put it on, which was not easy given just how stiff the material is. Sadly, the dress looks VERY CHEAP and not the quality that is pictured. VERY DISAPPOINTED. But, I supposed I got what I paid for with such a cheap price. Still, don't waste your money. Hopefully, they will allow me to return it easily.
UPDATED: I lowered my rating to 1 star after attempting to go through their return policy. The first try to offer you a mere 15% refund to NOT return the item. I asked for a return label, and then they upped the bribe to a 25% refund. I refused and asked AGAIN for a return label. They said the item would need to be received within 15 days to be refunded. YOU CAN'T SHIP ANYTHING TO CHINA IN 15 DAYS! It took them over a month to get the dress to me in the first place. The 15 day limit is NOT listed in their return policy on their website. And the California address and phone number they list as their is actually Paypal's. So, they are pretending to have an address in the US, when they do not. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company to get my money back.

SCAM DON'T DO IT

This company is a scam. I wish I read the hundreds of negative reviews on multiple sites before falling into this pit of regret. The quality is a joke at your expense. I received unwearable clothing. The customer service does not refund or respond. None of the reviews ever received a refund, so I don't expect I will ever see one as well.

Terrible business!

Please, do not bother to order from this site. I have tried them 3 times and each experience was terrible. 1st time the pants looked good but the person they got to sew it sewed the zip shut so you could not pull it down. I gave them another try. I kept waiting for my order and it never came. I finally contacted them and was told they were out of stock for the item. I guess that means they could not find labor to make it. I tried them again recently and the same thing happened again. I will NEVER order from them again. I wish I could give them a zero rating.

I've always been fat, tried diets and everything; Nothing worked for me. Shopping was frustrating; the clothes that I liked there were no sizes, those that were sizes, the clothes were classic and boring.
