I gave this online store a chance thinking they're affiliated with Rosewe, I've ordered from Rosewe several times and have never had a bad experience.
Stylewe, on the other hand sent me double of everything I ordered. They said I ordered 2 of every item, I'm 100 percent sure I didn't, I'm very careful with online ordering. I asked to return the doubles, the communication was broken and not straight forward. They gave me an address to mail the items to a warehouse in a neighboring city close by and stated that I'll get a refund when they receive the items. I followed the directions given in the email. Unfortunately that was several months and I never received a refund.
The fabric was cheap and the sweater looks like it was made by a school age child.
The products (clothing) looks great and shopping is very easy. The problem is that it can take weeks to receive the merchandise and updates on shipment are not exactly timely.

Takes a little longer than I like but it's well worth the wait. Very satisfied with my items after receiving them.
I ordered six items from stylewe and utilized the four payment plan through paypal. I received three of the items, however, the other three were not in stock according to the company. I did not find out this fact until I contacted the company three weeks later after not receiving the rest of the order. I submitted a dispute with paypal in Nov 2022 and it is now Feb 2023 and paypal is asking for information they already received and information that is not related to my dispute. It has been hellish trying to receive a refund. A paypal rep informed me that stylewe is requesting that I returned the items I did receive back in Nov 2022 in order to get a refund, which is totally ridiculous! Between dealing with paypal and stylewe it has been a nightmare! The bottom line, stylewe is not trying to refund me my money. There has always been a hesitation to order from a Chinese company because I know their business practices do not match U.S. business practices, but now my fears have been confirmed their practices are deceptive. I am not letting paypal off of the hook. Every time I talk with a rep from paypal they keep asking me for documents they have already received and I have to consistently repeat the same statements that have been submitted via the dispute. It's becoming so much easier not to shop these days because of bad customer service and deceptive business practices.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away. Do not waste your money with this company.
