The styles are beautiful but the material is very cheap. The actual product looks nothing like the clothing in the pictures. I've had to throw the clothes away when I get them which is a waste of money.

Received items purchased. I wanted to return 2 of the 4 and have no idea how to proceed. This his been a very disappointing.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN INFORMATION TO SHIP THE ITEMS AND NOTHING AFTER A WEEK OF WAITING. I WILL CONTACT MY BANK AND LET THEM KNOW THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE A RETURN ADDRESS AND I WANT MY TRANSACTION CANCELED AND MY CARD TO BE CREDITED. I NOTICED IN ALL COMMENTS THEY KEPT APOLOGIZING FOR THE ISSUE BUT WERE RELUCTANT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. It was easy to find what I needed. The sweater sets that I ordered were as expected and very warm.
The items delivered are not like the picture. Not the same material or quality. The ring I ordered is twice as small as the picture.

Lots of options and styles! Coat prices very reasonable. Shipping was longer than anticipated, but I should have paid closer attention to/looked for the guidance on shipping times. The coats have deep creases that I will probably need to steam to get out, but overall very happy with the products received.

Easy to order and fairly quick delivery. The website is easy to maneuver and has all the information needed to purchase the product.
I like the style and material. The size was too large.
Compared to other companies from China this one is pretty good. For the most part they have good quality clothes, not exceptional fabrics, but you get what you pay for, but overall good. You really have to make sure you read description of clothes really well, because trying to return an item will only bring you grief, so make sure to read size chart and check what material your item is made of. I have been satisfied with most items, but not all. If you order an item on pre sale it takes a very long time to come, so keep that in mind.
The items that were delivered were as expected and I was pleased, the quality is very nice. However on the previous order one of the items was not delivered so I cancelled it. It has happened again that one of the items is missing and marked as processing. I would like to know why this has happened twice, and why it was not delivered with the other items.

Good afterwoon, It is my second experience to by cloth through on line, I have purchase 4 dresses from France, but the size didn't fit to me. I love the different styles that I cannot have in Canada. If my esperience is good I will certtainly buy again. For me to buy a different dress is a pure pleasure.
