The articles I received were not as descrdibed, I ordered one dress that was edescribed as beige and I received a white dress, I ordered small and received medium. Not impressed.

The delivery time was too long, and the clothes (top and pants) are way to big, I also question the cut, based on the items I ordered the cut appears to be cut for someone that does NOT have curves!
This blouse is very good looking - the leaf collar gives the blouse an elegant look - the blouse is good to wear to a party, or out to lunch.

So, I had to come back. I gave a bad review, because my initial feelings were that the items I purchased were a full-on hot mess. I'm not saying that's not still true, but I wanted to tout the fact that they kept their word & refunded my money. There were a lot of steps, but if you take your time & understand & do what's being asked at each step, they WILL refund your money. That's A+ in my book!

On February 11,2023, I ordered a two piece pants set. Never once did they send me a confirmation. I waited until Feb 22 and tried to contact them. I sent them several emails with no response as of this date Feb 25,2023. I finally find a chat line for them and contacted the customer service to complain about not receiving a tracking number nor any responses. The online customer support stated that my items were on back order and the company were sold out but waiting on a new shipment to come in but have no date. I requested a refund, they told me my refund would be refunded back to my account in a few days, that was on Feb 23rd no refund yet. Luckly, I paid with PalPal who is now investigating this company and stated if this company do not respond within 5 days they will refund my money back to me. This company is horrible in China. I wish I had read the over 2,000 complaints about this company first, before I ordered any merchandise. SO BEWARE. I will never ever, order anything from them again. This is why Americans try to buy American Products because these type of companies and fraudulent and scammers. I have read so many complaints where they accept your money but never send any merchandise. THIS ONLINE SITE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
