Why is the shipping so expensive?
Shipping was excessive.
One of the dresses looks a bit different from the picture. Perhaps, if I iron it, it will look better. The other was way too large even though it says it's a small.
Horrible, I ordered way larger than usual, I now have two tops that are so small they fit a size small neighbor of mine, but only barely. Fabric is strange, poorly constructed. I will never wear and consider this a lesson learned. I would not recommend to anyone!

Do not waste your money on this, photos look very nice, but they are nothing like in photo. I ordered dresses and pants which mentioned US size small, I usually wear US 4-6, when i wore them they are very big to be US 4-6. Quality is very bad as well for the money you pay. They do not have free returns so international shipping back costs around 50 GBP from London. So be careful while ordering and I would definitely suggest you to stay away to save pain.
Going on the 2nd month and they still using excuses and blaming it on Covid! Sad and they have the audacity to offer a 20% discount for my next order! Ha! There will be no next order! I'm done!

Way too many convoluted options and charging for shipping? Consumers don't like that now days. Get on board and offer free shipping. Also, making us pay for returns is a total turn off. This is my first order. If it's not perfect, I'll never shop here again.

I placed an order over three weeks ago. 3 items totaling over $100. Shipping $21.99. I received two items that took approx. 21 days. One blouse was missing, I paid $27.99 plus tax and shipping for the blouse. I was told to hang on, it was coming. The third attempt to find out status, I was told I was not getting it because it was sold out. I was upset that they were not going to tell me, I had to call them to find this out. I said I wanted my money back and they were only going to give me $20 and some change. When I complained she finally gave in and gave me $7.99 additional for "shipping" when I asked for my full refund plus shipping she told me "we don't owe you anything". The two items I finally did receive were cheap and nothing like the pictures. Before all of this, I was also offered a discount if I gave a good review so I am sure any good reviews they have was paid for. Do not order from them. Clothes are over priced, shipping costs are high and the customer service is appalling. Not to mention, you might not get what you paid for. These clothes were probably made in China very cheap and sold super pricey. Don't waste your money.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world.
