The quality of the clothes is very poor and it is impossible to do returns with this company! You will loose your money :(

My order took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it did, I only received part of my order. The quality of the clothing was extremely poor, and I did not receive a refund despite multiple attempts to contact customer service.
To make matters worse, the customer service was conducted by a robot using chat GPT, which only added to the frustration of dealing with this company. The emails I received from the robot were often backward and failed to address my concerns adequately.

It was a nightmare to go through the app and get a coupon but you have awesome customer service that is why I came back and ordered. My shopping experience and dealing with app sucked but customer service was great! Additionally, cloth quality was outstanding and cloth sizes were pretty much my size because sometimes online shopping sizes are not true to size. They run larger or smaller. The shipping does take long time so maybe you all should have a US based partner who will assist with the shipping for faster processing. I like all my items so I will keep but one thing that may hinder me from purchasing with you all in the future is that you all don't offer free returns. If you were to do that, I'm sure your business would increase by a huge margin. I recommend you try it for 1 month and advertise as such and then you can determine if it's worth it.

MWhen showing a top or bottom only, the rest of the model's outfit is often really nice with the top/bottom listed for sale. It would be nice if you would offer a link to purchase the item to complete the ensemble
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
