It seemed as tho' the model was posed VERY carefully in the computer illustration...When I got this top, it was massive...with very little shape...and just hung there like a big gunny sack...In addition the serging at the neck was very abrasive and the fabric, itself, was very scratchy...I have returned the garment for which you sent a return label...and I hope to have my refund soon. Judging from the workmanship, fabric quality and general design of this garment, it's doubtful I'll be ordering further garments from StyleWe.
So far shopping, check out and shipping time was great. The items arrived faster than expected. The quality of the clothing was much better than expected and made well. When finances permit, I plan to get much more in the near future. My only problem was delivery. My package was not delivered to me. It was found in the lobby where hundreds of people can take it. I got lucky that there still honest people. That is often not the case.

I tried this site for the first time with very low expectations. I was impressed with the pictures, but still tried to remind myself that what I was seeing may not be what I would be getting. Well, I was totally WRONG. Everything that I ordered was exactly as pictured and of even higher quality that I had expected. The styles are so beautiful and trendy, and I'm now addicted to getting even more clothes.
The only thing I see that is sometimes lacking -- a particular article of clothing will only go up to size 14, which is sad because I would have bought it otherwise but I am larger than a size 14!

They don't respond and its impossible to get in contact with them. I never received my order but they took my money. If you order from them be sure to use Paypal.
Update: I contacted Paypal and started the refund process because Stylewe would not ship my order. Paypal told me I am eligible for a refund and I should have it in 3 to 5 days. After waiting since 2/3/2023 for my purchase, a day after I contacted Paypal for a refund, Stylewe sent me an email telling me the product was in stock and ready to ship... NO THANK YOU! RUN ME MY MONEY.

This is my first time shopping with StyleWe. So far it is a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised. I am not an online shopper.
Free returns should be offered as with other competitors
They did not send the packages with complete address and they threat that if packages to not arrive to me they will not reimburse. 1 order with 9 items was splitted in multiple packages and would arrive to me by 3 different carriers I would now need to deal with to receive my order. On one package they did put the correct address and it arrived in my postbox with DPD damaged,2 out of 3 items missing and the remaining one demanaged and unusable. DPD is really the worst collaborator you can have in delivery. So I am at the point where I sent a mail Stylewe and asked for their support and waiting to see how they react. For the time being, the mistake, the arrangement of delivery and the threat are making the experience quite terrible.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
Answer: My two pieces were crazy, too long, too small in shoulder And bust, And sleeves were way too tight- Better stay away- not worth the hazel. The garmets are nothing like the images!
Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
