I discovered StyleWe from an internet advert and I loved the look and style of the clothes. Choosing and ordering were as easy as could be.
Sizing from the chart did not work for me. The top was too small and the pants were too big. Unfortunately I did not read the print were as it was not returnable, because they both were final sale items.
On April 6,2023 I returned one blouse which is too big and wanted a size large if you had it in stock or requested a refund if you do not have the blouse in stock. I have not received a response to the returned item. I was unable to find a contact number or an email address to send my concern.
The website was not easy for me to navigate. The return instructions were not clear. I am waiting to hear from Stylewe to know where to return the apparel to.

Ordered pants and a top. Got the pants, no top. Tried to contact. No phone #. Auto chat worthless. They don't believe me that I never received the top also and they say pants and top were shipped together. Then auto chat disconnected me.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in years. I ordered over $200.00 dollars of merchandise and within 3 weeks never receive any of them. I tried calling customer service but of course the number never worked. Finally, I was able to chat online with customer service to explain that I have not received my items. She told me they were out of stock and on backorder. I was furious, I ask her why would you continue to advertise items that are no longer in stock and have customers to pay for such items. She claimed they were in stock when I ordered these item. (This is some B.S.) I requested a refund through paypal which took about 2 weeks. I will never ever, ordered from this online store again. We as Americans always wanting to get a good deal from China when we should patronize our own American online stores. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I placed my order and received no order number or a confirmation fo the order being processed. Trying to reach their customer service is impossible. I wrote them, and so far- no response, in spite of posting on their website that they have CS for 24/7. CHat or using their mail e-form on the site is impossible to use because both require order number which I don't have.

Update my clothes arrived in about three weeks and I am one happy customer. Everything fits well. The material was what I had expected except for my white summer dress. The material was thin but with the right underwear I won't be exposed. They were mostly true to size. I am a medium. I got large in one outfit. I used the measurements help they offered. Measuring your hips, shoulders, bust etc is a must to get the right fit. Thereby eliminating returns. I will definitely buy from them again. The prices are great too.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
