I was overall fine with this company although I had problem with their sizes because each designer has different sizes. However, I recently noticed that Lanny no longer reads customer's comments. Only automatic responses are being sent to customers. Given the fact that there is no telephone number for this company and they do not read emails, customers have no way to give them our input, which is BAD.
My recent issue was that I did not get a full refund after returning a dress. $2.90 was subtracted without a reason. I sent an email to ask, but no replies. My order number is 27N*******
I noticed that more and more people like this company. They used to offer free shipping all the times, recently they charge shipping fee for items less than $60. When their business is growing with all of faithful customers' support, they need to know how important customers' feedback is.

I ordered an attractive cotton mini dress. Should have googled this site before ordering. Received an order number and a long silence after that. I contacted them to find out what the status of order was. They responded and let me know they would send the order. I think this is a just in time operation. The garment is made only after you pay. Received the dress and when I opened the package in my car, a strong chemical smell on garment. Eyes, nose and throat burned. Had to roll windows down. I have allergies, so I was sick. Had an asthma attack.
Have not tried on dress. Am afraid for the dress to touch my skin. I suspect formaldehyde and insecticide based on what I read online about clothes from China. I will either return it or throw it in the trash. It is not fit for wearing. Hung dress outdoors 3 days. Odor has not decreased.
Given my experience and others, would not recommend unless you don't mind wearing clothes with strong chemical smell.

I was going to a formal event and did not want to pay a fortune for a dress I may never wear again. I ordered 5 dresses because I was not sure of the sizes. They arrived quickly, I loved them all. Luckily, only 2 fit really well otherwise I might have kept them all. I returned 3 and got my refund in a week. Not the 3 days they promised but close enough. These clothes are unique and wonderful. Don't expect customer service like Walmart, but more personal and hands on which takes longer.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
