It was a great shopping experience. They have just awesome customer service and I have loved the alluring designs of their dresses. The thing I loved the most about them was their quick shipping.
I am a first and possibly last time customer if someone does not get back to me ASAP. I placed my first order on 04/09/16. It is supposed to be being shipped and arriving soon and not only is there no tracking info, I have emailed customer service now several times, and no freaking response. I ordered a dress, received it quickly. It pretty much was what I expected but was supposed to be an XL. I am a size L so I ordered up a size to make sure it would fit. The dress would be comparable to a S or at best M. Sleeves are tight and bodice is tight. I think they have some fun lovely things but they really must start making them to US body standards, not Chineese who typically are smaller.

What an awful business and even worse customer service I have ever experienced! My $194.30 are being withheld from me. I not satisfied with three of the dresses I recently purchased. I requested to return these online over three days ago so I can get a refund. I am unsatisfied with my purchase and am unable to return, since you are not providing me the address to return it do. I order these dresses for my daughter's wedding and grandson's graduation. They were way to small. I always order a size 10 and these were suppose to be 10-12. Now I am having trouble returning. I have sent emails requesting the information and label but they keep telling me to use the button on my order. This has not worked. I've e-mailed them 4 different times and the same response comes. This was an order over $350. I am frustrated to say the least.

I paid for faster shipping and it arrived 6 days later, shipped via UPS. I was nervous because I sent a message through their website asking them to be sure to rush the order. I got an automated response that someone would respond in 48 hours and then about 48 hours later got another automated message that they were sorry I was unhappy with my order and gave instructions about how to return it. So I knew it would be difficult to communicate with anyone. I messaged the company on their Facebook page asking them to rush the order (and provided the order number) because I had a deadline (my daughter's prom!) and they responded immediately with the UPS tracking number and it had clearly been shipped earlier. I was so relieved and it arrived 6 days from the day I placed the order on line (I paid extra for faster shipping)! The silk dress was very wrinkled because it came in an envelope but we CAREFULLY ironed it out and it is beautiful! The size was exactly what we expected based on the measurements provided. The designer was MOERKERR. Good quality for the price and my daughter is thrilled with her dress.
I placed order in the beginning of February. It arrived middle of March. I complained and asked for return directions. Sizes are not regular at all. Material is not good. Never got any answer from customer service! I will dispute charges on my card. That is only option they left me to do.

And it was stated during the checkout process that it is going to be shipped in 2 to 3 business days. I didn't get any shipping information so decided to e-mail them and ask for it. So far I have e-mailed 5 times and non of my e-mails got a response back from this company, even though the first one was responded back with "our customer service rep will respond back to you in 48 hours. It's been more than 48 and I really need to know when will you ship and when will I receive this dress, because I need it for this Friday 4/15/2016. It will be a complete disaster if I won't receive it before Friday.

I have shopped online many times from different vendors. I read online about Stylewe and made my mind get experienced with Stylewe. That turned out to be a good one. They have a huge collection of trendy and classy products with reasonable prices. I ordered two dresses that got shipped to me in less than a week which was earlier than the estimated date. I also have to rave about the adorable packaging and my order was nicely packed in it. It definitely put a smile on my face and I liked the products that I bought from here. Everything promptly delivered and was according to the description. However, the fabric quality was fine and you can hardly found better quality than this at such a reasonable price. I have had experience with many online retailers and I can say that Stylewe is the best. That is the reason I am shopping only from here now. I have never ever had a disappointment with Stylewe and will remain to utilize them in the future. All I can say about the Stylewe is they're Fantastic! They're the very best! And all joking aside.

But in fact, my online experience at the Stylewe completely changed my mind and wiped out all my fear. When I shopped for the first time, I ordered a dress and the Culottes Pants. I was really shocked at the price but also was curious about if I would get quality stuff for such a low price. I had no time to go out for shopping and waste too much time in selecting, trying and finding outfits of my imagination. I got my order in just 8 days, which was much faster than I expected and I was really happy that the dress was far from my expectations. And both the dress and the Pants fitted best. It made me happy to see what I have bought. The fabric was good, stitched clearly and the design was quite attractive. From the time, I will definitely buy online; at least from Stylewe. Because this was my first and good experience.
I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about returns? All I had to do was send an email request... a polite rep replied with a return code, which I included inside the box and also wrote on the outside. At USPS, I snapped a photo of the box after the postage had been affixed, and attached the pic with my email confirming I'd shipped the box. They refunded my money within 2 or 3 days, possibly before they'd even received the actual box. Very easy to work with, IMHO.
They have a truly unique selection, so I will try them again. Neither of the items I ordered looked right on me, but they looked like the photos and the sizes were right. Order a size larger, perhaps... go by the measurements chart.
After placing 2 orders with my Amex card I attempted to order more styles, thinking I had found a great new site. The website would not allow me to use my Amex card, even though I had just used for 2 prior orders and I was forced to use PayPal. When I received my shipment 5 of the style were equivalent to a Small, even an Ex Small, not the Mediums and Larges I ordered. When I went back to the site to submit the request, using the Exchange/Return button, it had the order it would not let me process with my Anex card, Order #3T*******, not the order that was shipped through PayPal, Order#3U*******. This order number does not appear on the website under My Orders. I immediately emailed *******@Stylewe asking for assistance and through Contact Us on the website. The email response I received directed me back to the website Returns/Exchanges button, which I explained I can't use because it shows an order hat was not processed, not he order that was shipped and charged through PayPal! This whole experience has been frustrating, from placing the order, to the shipment I received and the return process. And let me add that I paid $36 for Express shipping, which promised 2 to 3 days. It was NOT express and when I questioned hat I was told it's 2 to 3 days from the time they actually pull he order which can take a week. Not what the website said. Beyond misleading. Now I understand why they don't want you to use Amex. If I had I could simply submit a claim and they would handle it. Something Stylewe does not want. This order was over $700 with shipping. I want to get his resolved as soon as possible.

I think this is a business selling right out of a chinese factory. If they were honest, they should share that on their website. Many people want to know that in advance. I did not buy from them since I looked here first. Sick and tired of the chinese factories stealing business away from american desginers. Stealing our designs and then selling them on amazon and ebay. If trump wants to do something... Charge chinese sellers on amazon, ebay a huge fee to register with these sites. Don't tax us but make them pay a fee to sell to our market. I think about 1,000 sounds good for each account on ebay and amazon. It will prevent the chinese from throwing up these scam shops fast that are like parasites on the american consumer.

I was simply bowled over by the range of garments available on the StyleWe site. There is wide diversity of products that range from dresses, tops, knitwear, outerwear, skirts, pants, and jumpsuits. I wanted to get a dress for my friend and ended up buying one for myself too. The garments include minute details such as material used, fabric, print and neckline. In fact, the product details also include shoulder length, waist length, sleeve length, etc. in inches so that the product forms a perfect fit. The collection is unique and very stylish. The best thing was its speed. I received the order within 10 days of ordering it. I have become a devoted fan of StyleWe and would continue to make purchases from the site.

They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
