The item arrived as pictured. I overestimated the size and should have gotten a size smaller. If I was in a store I would have made the exchange. Since I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it I made it work.
There are a lot of selections I have to maneuver around.
The zipper does not zip all the way to the top and it needs to be replaced. I expressed my complaint and was told I would get a 55% credit or something but I haven't heard how or when I would get it.
I can't give a fair rating until the order is complete.

Did not get everything I ordered, after I complained, that I was going to return the clothes, they sent an email that they are sending the remaining clothes which was a lie because I have not received the remaining clothes, and after pay have started deducting money from my account. If I don't receive the clothes by next week, I will call my bank.
Ordered a Denim Blouse...was sent a cheap knock off. The audacity to have me waiting over 2 months just to be let down with a cheap look alike. Never again...I personally can not trust the company... Sent two pics. Where are the wooden buttons? The collar is not the same. The material sucks. The color is off.

BOTH ITEMS WERE TOO LARGE. YOUR XL IS LIKE A TENT ON MY WIFE. SHE NEEDS THE LARGE SIZE YOUR SIZES ARE AT LEAST ONE SIZE LARGER THAN THEY SAY.
The only disappointment was not getting the jacket that came with the pants...did not realize the jacket was not part of the order. I love the pant I received but what caught my eye was the jacket. Other than that great!

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
