The item arrived as pictured. I overestimated the size and should have gotten a size smaller. If I was in a store I would have made the exchange. Since I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it I made it work.
On the first order they gave me a discount on my purchase since it had a defected zipper.

The zipper does not zip all the way to the top and it needs to be replaced. I expressed my complaint and was told I would get a 55% credit or something but I haven't heard how or when I would get it.
I have not been given any information about how I can get my 55% credit.
Curious. I liked some of the styles and thought I'd try just one order to see if the product looks as good in person as it does from the pictures.
