After reading the several negative reviews about StyleWe, I was very hesitant to order, particularly given that I am a M/L by US sizing. I however went by the style details and ordered two dresses in L and XL. I expected the worst, but I must say I was delighted with the outcome. I will admit that the quality is not great and the material is flimsy, but the styles and design are so chic and unique and the dresses look very elegant and expensive, despite the lower quality of material used. I was REALLY pleased with the quality of the pieces from my first Stylewe purchase. The clothing is really well made with beautiful fabrics and fun styles - really a deal! AND, when something didn't fit (which was not Stylewe's fault! It just happens sometimes.) they went above and beyond to make me happy! Just look at the complaints online and that is what I should have done BEFORE I purchased anything from them. Website looks professional but read the text and you will see all the grammatical errors that they don't bother to fix -Red Flag #1. Then just try to find a phone number to talk to someone-oh, and the CHAT box is a phony-nobody home. When I emailed as instructed, it took two weeks and 4 emails before I received a response (very close to deadline for returns). THEN still no phone number and just a mailing label with an address in Ontario but no information about the shipping company I had to use with their label( with no postage paid). Yes, I was able to research and figure it out but talk about poor customer service. Also, they wanted me to email to them the tracking number of the package when I mailed it back-the number was on the label they sent to me! I think since this was a deal breaker on the refund that they can forfeit if someone does not read the fine print but maybe just more moronic marketing. I am waiting to see if I do receive a refund and in many of the complaints I read many people never did get them. I think a class action suit might be a good idea. If I don't get my refund I think it's a very good idea..
It is impossible to return items. The print is so small on the label that 4 of us have failed to read it despite a magnifying glass. Poor quality fabric and odd fit complete the terrible problems. This site is in China and there is no phone.
After using SiteJabber, the company has sent me a larger label. I shall keep you posted about whether the money is returned to me.

Ive purchased from the store couple of weeks ago. Purchased Lonyuash-I love this! It's light and silky and not too short/not too long. I got a small (I'm 5'3" and about 130lbs) and it fits perfect! Awesome store and great communication with customer service as well.

I have attempted 4 times to get the return address. They refuse to send me the return address. I will be calling American Express to cancel payment if I do not hear back from them.
After contacting PayPal and voicing my complaint, I immediately heard from stylewe with instructions on how to make returns. They were diligent in contacting me and eager to facilitate the return. I received credit on my charge before they even received the goods. I had to send them my tracking number for the shipment and once that was given they initiated the credit. What could have been an expensive mistake ended up not being the nightmare I imagined.
Now as to the product. The dresses are photographed beautifully on their website. The materials do not look like the pictures. Some had a shiny sheen that I would never have ordered if it showed in the picture. Also, the cut of the armholes and sleeves were ridiculously small and made to fit someone suffering from anorexia.
All in all, quality of goods, one star, customer service 3 stars after getting PayPal involved. For an overall 2 star rating.

I got my handbag delivered from Stylewe few days ago and im just amazed by the quality of the manufacturing. I admit i was skeptical as for what i was expecting, given that ive never heard about them before. But once i received my bag i was blown away. The bag i got delivered has a unique design that gets me straight out of the crowd, and the used materials are of high standards. It has nothing to envy to well-known brands. I think they do great job picking their designers and their material providers. Greatest value for money while online shopping. Would definitely come back on Stylewe for more.
StyleWe did take by dress off the hold they put it on, after my first review, as they should have. I received the dress I ordered from StyleWe via DHL today. It came a day ahead of when they said it would come. I have to admit that I am shocked that the dress is AS ADVERTISED! Color is true to the photos. The quality of the dress is as good as something one would purchase at Nordstrom's. For this particular dress (designer Queen Mulock), it ran true to size for the medium. It did not run small as many people have mentioned. (However, for this blouson style, I would have been totally safe going with a large and the dress may have looked better on me since I am not flat chested.) Their different designers must be using different size scales, so pay close attention to the guides on each designers sizing. There was an insert that was for returning the dress and my critique is that it is confusing and possibly written by someone who was translating and not really doing a great job or actually trying to confuse the consumer to discourage returns. If I were trying to return this dress, I might give up and not bother because of the weird, unfathomable instructions. Good news is: I do not need or wish to return this dress. I will consider ordering again before giving this company the green light. I'd say it is worth the risk if you really love a dress they advertise.

Wanted to give this tip on how to return or exchange item with Stylewe just in case it's helpful. Since they have no phone number and address, the process is not intuitive at all. Stylewe can make it easier for sure. What you do: 1. Go to your order and then click into it 2. Then you have to scroll all, all the way down to where it says "customer service" 3. Then choose "contact us" and you'll get to fill in some info including order number and you can choose "return." That's what I had to do and it's worked for me. Then someone from Stylewe emails you and try to work it out. Hope this is helpful.

Hi everyone, i said I would update once I receive the exchange from Stylewe. Well they kept their word and I'm keeping mine now. I received the exchanged item today. I agreed to get an exchange of a grey leaf motif midi dress from one of their designers that I like (D. FANNI) in lieu of the beige ramie dress and that's what arrived today. So this matter is resolved to my satisfaction and Stylewe has been pretty good about it throughout. That's it for me:-). I'll keep all the previous posting so you can follow how the event unfolded. They apologized for the negligence and state that the will let the designer know about it. I'm pretty satisfied with that. They shared that another item has already been shipped and I'm waiting for it now. Once I receive it, I can update to let folks know that the matter has been resolved.

I bought this expensive tunic from designer ATT and after one wash there was a fray/rip down where the end of the button area is. I thought it odd and turn the fabric inside out. Turns out there was some sort of fabric tape over the area so they already knew this this ripping and tried to cover it and sold it anyway. I'm waiting to see if they will either refund or replace the item.
I've had both good and bad experience with Stylewe. A good example is D. Fanni. I ordered this beautiful gray tunic with leaf design from D. Fanni and it came beautifully done With great attention to details.

I ordered a dress for my daughter to wear to prom. The description on shipping said 2-5 days to process order and then 3-5 days to ship for Express Shipping. That means 10 business days max. I was to receive an email when the order shipped and when I did not after 6 days, I emailed customer service. That is when I was informed for the first time the dress was being shipped from overseas and they had no idea when it would arrive as, at that time, they had no tracking number. With prom around the corner and my daughter most likely needing a dress altered, we had to buy another dress at a shop.
When the StyleWe dress finally arrived, customer service would never apologize nor refund my money in entirety. Instead, they sent me complicated directions on how to ship the dress back to Israel to the designer at my expense and risk to secure a refund. You take a big chance ordering from this site.

I just love the concept advanced by Stylewe, empowering independent and unfamous designers and getting them some light. I first wanted to shop on the site just to encourage them and make a point against corporate fashion design, and i realised the quality of the products theyre offering, so i decided id offer my wife a beautiful dress that she would never see anybody else wearing. The dress was delivered in time and my wife was incredibly delighted for what she got. The cloth quality, the design, the colours were all uncommonly beautiful. Id definitely get back on Stylewe every time I wanna buy something for her. It makes it easier to shop beautiful without having to make compromises on my principles.
When I tried to get a return authorization I was unable to sign on - said there was no such email in their system even though I was continuing to receive emails from them at the address they said they didn't have... All other "options" for contacting them just took me back to the same sign on page...

I ordered a midi dress for me from stylewe. It was delivered very soon, 2 days earlier than what they have said. Great and very fast delivery service.
Quality of that dress is very good and it fits me perfectly. I had a really great experience shopping on stylewe. Would try it again.
The dress I received was of VERY poor quality, ridiculous table cloth-like fabric, think a cheap Halloween costume! I ordered MOOERKERR Jacquard Printed Midi Dress. However, the packaging was beautiful and customer service was prompt and polite. I lost money on return shipping but this was definitely a learning experience. Never again.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world.
