I bought 4 dresses online. Surprisingly, everything was delivered in less than 1 week. The dresses were true to size and looked exactly like on the pic. I ended up keeping only 2. I returned the other 2. You have to pay for return shipping. I shipped via USPS, the dresses got delivered in 2 business days and I got my money back in 2 days. I did NOT have any issues or problems with this company. I am a happy customer :)
I enjoyed my experience in StyleWe, perhaps a little bit two much. I have over 20+ items that I wish to buy. Of course I can't purchase all of these items, but it was nice to know that I was on a site where there were clothes 50+ that I wished to buy.

For reference, I am a size 27 waist and 5'4, with an athletic build. Depending on the store, I am usually a S/M. I ordered cute maxi skirt (which actually ended up being palazzo pants with slits, but I was ok with it) in size M. When it arrived it looked more like an XS! Or a Medium at a place like Forever 21.
They got back to me in 24 hours, but when I went to FedEx to process the return I was shocked that the return label they sent to me was not paid for. Every respectable store I have ever shopped with online has provided paid postage for returns.
All in all, I would rather shop with Rue La La or Hautelook, which has better deals anyway, with designers I recognize (with sizes that fit regular sized adults and not barbies).

Had a formal engagement coming up and needed a dress found one on StyleWe (Gyalwana -Long Sleeve Simple Printed A-line Floral Midi Dress). Bought it and paid for the expedited shipping without reading the reviews or fine print. After the purchase I started do some investigating and found all these poor reviews regarding shipping and quality. Needless to say I got really nervous. I tried to pull my order but was already processing. I emailed the company worried about the shipping and did receive the email "we will get back with you in 48 hours".
Here is the deal. I placed the order on 5/30/2016. Memorial Day celebrated by those of us in the United States. 05/31/2016 my order processed with the company ( which is the same day I emailed). I received a tracking # and my dress arrived 06/03/2016 by UPS in the United States. I was aware of 2 delays and what was causing the delays.
Next opening the package. Dress was exactly as described. Although oversight on my part I am not going to be able to wear it to this occasion I will keep the dress.
Why not 5 stars - a few design flaws. Even though I can wear this dress if you had a big bust line you could not wear this dress - not because is not adequate sizing. I simply could barely get the waistline of the dress over my bust (the dress was a medium and I am a small to a medium build). Also if you had an updo you would have to have the dress on prior to having hair done. If I could have given a four and a half stars I would have.
I just wanted to share my experience. I live in the United States. I do think the prices are on the higher end for what you get. I do see another dress on the website that I like but because of the price am choosing not to purchase.
All about taking the money, but inefficient on returns and exchanges. The communication stops there. If you do order, note their sizes are about 2 sizes smaller than what you would normally take. I wear medium and exchanged for XL. I sent the order back. After 2 1/2 wks. And contacting them twice. There is no response. They have taken my $148 and sat on it.
Upon checking, we haven't received any return proof from you. Pls kindly email us a photo of receipt which is from carrier after you pay for return on which there is tracking number. Pls note that the WR number you sent us doesn't work as a tracking number.
This is one of the more unusual fashion sites for women. The information about the sizing is right there with the item. You have to order at least one size larger than US sizes. If you can get over that, their clothes are beautiful and unique. If you do not like an order, they will give you credit for it, and you can get something else instead. I ordered a dress without checking the sizing and it was much too small. They gave me credit for the dress. I was able to order another item and sized it correctly. They will also refund the money, but you have to pay for the return shipping to somewhere in CA.
Horrible fabrica material for the price i paid. Recueste a refunda and resulte that my local DHl package does not ship returns. Barcode given is only acceoted at a post office 4 hours away from my home. Terrible expierence i hope to never buy from here again

I needed two new dresses for a fancy event within a week. Love printed silk, and decided to try Style We. After reading some neg. Reviews was very careful to check their sizing ( am two sizes larger than normal with them)and delivery times. I was worried, so emailed the company about my order twice. They replied, and both items arrived in time! Wore one, and the other was too snug. I followed their exact return policy to return the item, and email them the tracking number from USPS. A credit was issued before they could possibly have received the dress back. I feel very good about my experiences with this company and their dresses are beautiful. My online interactions were prompt and clear.
Took my money and now will not communicate with me regarding my order. I tried submitting my question via chat and the "contact me" email but no response. I think this company might not be legit.
Follow Up Note: The Site Jabber review certainly caught the attention of Style We. I was almost immediately contacted via phone and e-mail by several different Style We representatives with confusing and contradictory messages. Some promised refunds, some said that my order was being held, all pressured me to remove the negative feedback. I'm now upgrading my review because they did follow through with a full refund for my order.
Update: Since Style We was forthcoming in returning my money, I thought I'd give them another chance and placed a different order. After all, they asked for a chance to serve again. I really do love the idea of giving new designers a platform to connect with customers and I'm hopeful about them coming through and delivering some cool, quality merchandise with professionalism. I will keep you posted on how it goes...
Update: I'm reducing the rating again. So, what happened next. I ordered 3 dresses. They arrived one day ahead of schedule - yay! All were made well and beautiful. Two of the three fit well too. These were keepers. The other, I decided to return. Requesting the return via their website was a little confusing. They responded right away with clear instructions about how to send it back - again yay! But that where things go downhill. I followed their instructions and shipped the dress back, provided StyleWe with the tracking number and expected to see a refund in my bank account within 3-5 days. It's been twice that long, they already received my package, but no refund. I wrote to them about this with no response. Are they hoping that I will lose patience and forget about my money? Because I won't.
CONCLUSION: StyleWe has a great concept and beautiful unique merchandise - BUT the poor business practice of taking people's money, not returning it in a timely way as promised, and then not communication with customers is just DISHONEST and UNACCEPTABLE.

I was told it would take 48 hours to receive the return information and it's been longer. Your photos are deceiving and your customer is the worst that I have ever encountered. I ordered a Umi Easun dress and a Radish clutch. I ordered through the app and got 20% off my first order. The shipping took a little too long, went over 2 days of the estimated date. I ordered the dress one size bigger than my EUR size and it fit great. The material needs special care. Clutch looks better in real life and is not cheaply made. Overall, I am pleased. Looking forward to more unique designer items and ales.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size.
