Although the site claims no hassle returns, it is a huge hassle. I received an item that was defective and they said I couldn't return it and I have to argue about that. It took days and several phone calls to receive an address to return things to. All in all the fabric was horrible but I chose to keep a couple of things that I bought rather than go through that.

The fabric is not sweater material. The website states "sweater dress" and the photo looks to be sweater material as well. However, the dress is 100% polyester, to my disappointment. It is for this reason that I returned the item.

Easy to shop but not so easy to order two of the same items in different colors
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
