Return is a hassle

Although the site claims no hassle returns, it is a huge hassle. I received an item that was defective and they said I couldn't return it and I have to argue about that. It took days and several phone calls to receive an address to return things to. All in all the fabric was horrible but I chose to keep a couple of things that I bought rather than go through that.

We apologize that you did not have a good shopping experience with us. Our normal delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for order preparation, plus 10 to 15 working days for mailing. Your order was delivered 6 days after it's placed, please understand this is within the promised time frame.
We understand that different people have different expectations on the items but we are always trying to offer the most favorable goods to our customers. We will also try our best to improve our products quality and shipping services.

Most of the return requests won't take much time to process, and as I checked, we sent you the return label in 48 hours after the return request was submitted.
Please note that hats are not eligible for return, but if it didn't arrive in good status due to the violent transportation of carrier, you can always send us photos to get a compensation, only to know that this is not a 'return' process.

Upon checking, the refunds of your hat and the returned item are issued in 20th and 25th Nov. We hope this solution would suit you.
We didn't ask you to return the hat because we have already refunded its total amount with no need to return it. Hope for your understanding.

My 2 sweaters I waited for were to big and didn't look like the picture I seen on line. I was very disappointed, especially in your delivery time line. You must do better!

Where did you purchase your dress and I would be able to say Stylewe... and you would have customers due to the dress that I would be wearing. Also, I will NOT find this dress anywhere else. Service was excellent, so disappointed in the quality of the fabric which the dress i purchase was not
Cheap, the fabric composition stated it was Polyester, when it arrived it was like fluffy fleece fabric
The inside was the fabric I expected, Trying to contact someone on customer service was a nightmare in
The end I give up, and kept the dress and is out of pocket. So no i will not be purchasing from them again

The fabric is not sweater material. The website states "sweater dress" and the photo looks to be sweater material as well. However, the dress is 100% polyester, to my disappointment. It is for this reason that I returned the item.
