Measuring your hips, shoulders, bust etc is a must to get the right fit. Thereby eliminating returns. I will definitely buy from them again. The prices are great too.

I love the 2 dresses I've gotten so far - they look and fit exactly as pictured, and I get a ton of compliments on both. I'm not sure how long they'll last, but I will not be wearing them very often anyway because of their uniqueness. I did email customer service when I felt too much time had gone by without me knowing what's going on with the order, and they got back to me the following day and let me know my order status. So that was all good, but I didn't need to return anything, and now that I've heard all the horror stories about returns I'm hesitant to order more. Also, I had a promo code and there was no spot to put it in during the checkout process. Very strange!

I placed order in the beginning of February. It arrived middle of March. I complained and asked for return directions. Sizes are not regular at all. Material is not good. Never got any answer from customer service! I will dispute charges on my card. That is only option they left me to do.
