I would give a zero if I could - I received the wrong ticket and called immediately to make it right (it's impossible to get someone on the phone it took more than an hour) All they said was prove it. Who the heck records themselves while making a purchase. They said I should sell it before it's too late, what kind of pyramid scheme is this? Now I have several unwanted tickets, I get 30% less money even if I sell it at the same price because there are "service charges" and you know what? They also require your tax information on the tickets you have sold. The people who call themselves as managers are extremely rude, unhelpful, and they yell at you and call you out for "refusing to provide evidence". Guess what even if you did provided the screenshot, they say the proof is in the transaction and they see no signs of error. They want you to get screwed and have you start selling the tickets so that they can collect fees from you from the seller and from other people who will be purchasing (if you are lucky) the tickets from you. I will pay extra to avoid Stubhub. To them, customers are always wrong, and soon enough, they will pay for their arrogance.
Got denied going into a game we paid and had tickets for. Then was told i cannot get a refund by a customer service rep named edward. I will not be using again.

Bought tickets for the college football game in February, the game is November 4th 2023. We arrived on the 3rd at the hotel. After numerous try's to get our tickets from Stubhub the lady on the phone apparently doesn't speak good English and kept given us the run around for an hour or more. The tickets cost us $400.00 dollars. After arguing for a long time they apparently sold our tickets to a higher bidder our tickets which were on the lower level close to the fifty yard line. I would highly advise DO NOT USE STUB-HUB for any of your tickets Purchases!
I purchased 2 tickets to the Aerosmith concert in Austin, TX. A few weeks before the concert I learned that the lead singer had severely damaged his vocal cords. Therefore the concert will be rescheduled. The promotion company decided to remove the Austin concert from the venue with no promise of rescheduling. After proving to StubHub that this concert will not be rescheduled they still refuse to refund my money. This might take a while but I will get my money back from these idiots.

Contacted stub hub multiple times kept getting the you need to give us 2 days we will get your tickets. Finally received the oh we are unable to fill your order notice. I was told we would receive a refund. So my Boyfriend purchased tickets via a different vendor. Now stub hub sent an email trying to say we have to replace the tickets we originally had with them… when I was told we would get a refund. Very dissatisfied as tickets were over 600.00 I was hung up on by customer service, and representatives would not respond when talked to. Absolutely the worse costumer service. I attempted to purchase two tickets for an event. I later received an email saying that the tickets were no longer available from the seller and offering me a different set of tickets, which I accepted. Soon there after I received another email offering me additional tickets which I did not accept. I was charged for two sets of tickets. I tried to speak with someone at customer service and on three different occasion spent over 30 + minutes on hold waiting to speak with a representative. StubHub is refusing to refund the amount for the tickets that I didn't accept or use. I have filed a BBB complaint and disputed the charges with my bank.

This company is the biggest ripoff! Stay clear or you'll pay three times the face value of the ticket + exhorbnant fees. Face vale of concert tickets was $43.50 which I didn't know until after purchasing 3 tickets. I paid $104 for each ticket + 97.00 in fees for a total of $409.00! They don't show the ticket face value while you're shopping for seats. I will never use them again.
Read all the fine print - getting refund for cancelled events is a nightmare. You will be put on hold for a very long time if you try to speak to a human. Refund is only provided if the event is cancelled. My event was postponed for 1 full year which I cannot attend. Only choice they give you is to List the tickets back on Stubhub to sell. If they sell, I get my money after the event! Not after the sell of the tickets. The event may keep postponing - not sure if I will ever see my money?
I purchased 4 tickets for a concert at Madison Square Garden to accommodate some visiting guests who wanted to see a particular artists. We had to purchase form StubHub as the concert was sold out on Ticketmaster. I paid too high a price for the seats we got (that was my choice) but at least we could go. The night of the concert, while we sat at the venue, the concert was cancelled. We had already paid to get to the city, paid for parking and paid for dinner. The concert was postponed until two nights later. Three of the four guest were no longer going to be in the state on that day. StubHub told us to "resell" the tickets. It wasn't likely we could do that in two days for a Monday night. Also, with all the refunds given by Ticketmaster, there where plenty of seats available for face value. There was no way we would have been able to sell our tickets. StubHub did not care and just repeated their "no refund" policy. They obviously only care about the bottom line and not customer satisfaction. It was not our choice to cancel at the last minute. They could have worked out something to help us out but just kept quoting policy.
We bought tickets 6 months in advance and then Stubhub canceled two days before concert. Then resold them. They do not care about buyers. We had a party of 4 fly from different parts of the country only to be cheated out our tickets.
I purchased tickets for a concert with parking pass. 2 months after the purchase, I was notified seller will not send me the tickets, no explanation as to why. At that point I was offered alternative tickets with obstructed view for the same price( at that point those tickets were much cheaper on ticketmaster). So I opted for a refund but was told parking can't be refunded. The day of the event, I had to call customer service 3 times to get the info for the parking. When arrived, we realized parking was 1.5 miles away from venue and ended up buying another parking on the spot. I paid $46 for this parking I didn't use and now I am told I can't get a refund because this is stubhub policy. This is a scam. Not to mention the parking barcode had a $9 receipt on it. Stay away from stubhub!
They say you do not need a phone number. Spent 3 hours on friends phone, and not fixed. I need to bring his phone. No q or bar code. Stub told me they will ask me to open the app in front of the ticket venue, because no bar code. So, i told them how, no phone….i asked where in there policy it stats i need a phone.

Do not be fooled by the "Fan Protection" and "Buy and sell with confidence". I sold two tickets on StubHub and delivered them to the Buyer with the email StubHub provided. StubHub acknowledges that it was the correct email and the tickets were sent in a timely mannger. The Buyer claimed not to get the tickets and StubHub charged me for the tickets. I bought the tickets TWICE.
StubHub will not address the issue. StubHub customer service is abysmal. I wish I could rate them lower.

I listed three tickets for the Australian Pink Floyd show because I couldn't go. They were great seats...nearest section to the stage. Stubhub had the wrong seating plan so it looked as though my tickets were behind the stage! I emailed them with the correct plan. They said my situation would be escalated. This was 5 days before the show. Nothing was done and I ended up practically giving the tickets away. NEVER AGAIN.

Tthen i made a case with the company and was told if the seller did not give me the tickets in 72 hrs i have the right to cancel and get a refund. This happened on September 15th, i did not receive my tickets i had to repurchase with seat geek who gave me the tickets same day! I am still currently fighting to get a refund they keep giving me the same excuse saying they are looking into my case. I opened a case with klarna who i got the tickets from and they sided with Stub hub ONLY cause they sent an email saying i received the tickets, meanwhile they also sent me an email saying i never got the tickets. So i am now going to do another chargeback to get my refund.
I will not pay for tickets i did not receive. Its sad how hard you have to fight for your money back for tickets you never received. Went to see the show on September 24th what a shame how i have to keep fighting for a show i already saw. I will never ever buy from them again. They are scammers in my eyes and try real hard not to give you back your money.

What a disaster dealing with Stubhub. Their way of upselling is so corrupt. They sell for sky high prices, inflate prices and take such a huge cut. HORRIBLE

Answer: They sell tickets they do not actually have yet. They started selling tickets for a Garth Brooks concert in Salt Lake City before tickets even went on sale. They have no way of knowing if they will actually get tickets to fulfill orders, and just cancel the order the day before the event if they don't have the tickets. Its pretty much a gamble with Stub Hub if you will get your tickets or not.

Answer: Hi Rachael, If you purchase a ticket labeled as Instant Download you will receive your ticket as soon as you order. If you purchase a mobile ticket or electronic download then you will be notified when your ticket is ready. Which would be no later than the date advised when you purchase. It is very rare to not have your ticket prior to the day of event. There are only a select few shows that require ticket delivery day of event.
