Absolutely horrible service, product, all of it. Ordered seat covers they showed up late and they of course used the "holidays" of why it didn't arrive on time. They accused us of ordering the incorrect year and style. They forgot one of the head rest covers. The manager (chris) argued with me, threatened me, on top of name calling. He taunted me over the phone saying things like "oh what are u gonna come here to my work and shake my hand" please save yourself the hassle do not buy from this company. They order in all their stuff as it is. Please source it from someone else.

I ordered a set of side steps for my truck over the phone, at which time I asked if the steps were in stock. I was assured that they were. A couple days later, I was told that there was a "problem" with my order. A streetbeatcustoms.com sales rep told me that the steps were "no longer in stock", but that the next closest part to what I had ordered would be $67 more. I asked what part the "new" steps were and they ended up being the exact same thing. Same part number, same manufacturer. They literally just created a new web page with the increased price... and didn't even bother to take down the erroneous price. Deception and lies... what a horrible way to run a business. Needless to say, I cancelled my order.

My husband and I ordered a couple of performance chips from them. Their customer support called us and assured us that to get the best performance possible we needed another O2 chip. So we ordered - I was told it was on sale for $69, but we were billed $99.99. When my husband went to install the chips we realized we only had 1 O2 sensor, so the extra part they sold us was unnecessary. They were quick to issue me an RMA number, but they only refunded $67.42 of the original $99.99, and I had to pay the return shipping. RIP OFF! If I had been the one to order the wrong/extra part, I'd be plenty willing to pay a restocking fee. But the error was on their end. PS, we paid a total of $29.97 in shipping fees (3 items, all shipped together, at $9.99 each) and when I got the package it cost them less than $3 to ship. BUYER BEWARE!

Almost Scammed
October 13, 2018

I was saved from purchasing from this company because after several attempts to contact them and getting no response, I gave up and eventually made my purchase elsewhere. I didn't read the reviews on this company until later. I really dodged a bullet.

I purchased an Air suspension from their website and I soon received a phone call saying the MSRP on the product had gone up and I needed to pay that price if I wanted the product. Their website clearly advertises it at a much lower price. What is with the false advertisement? I have attached the photo of their website with the lower advertised price. They said I would need to pay over $7000. 00 to get my product. When I told him that was unfair he said he could cancel the order at the snap of his fingers. WOW what great customer service... On top of that they tried to sell me, 5 mins before they emailed me to say there was a problem with my order, an HID kit for my car over the phone after he had told me my order was fine and there were no problems. I will never do business or recommend anyone to do business with these people.

I made the mistake of purchasing a performance Chip and 02 Sensor, big mistake, as SBC did not disclose the parts would void my warranty and could not be installed due the heat issue under my hood. My installation wrench saved me lots of trouble down the road. SBC told me "Sorry Charley you are past the 14 days for return.

These guys are flat out ridiculuous. I ordered headlights for my son for Christmas, they called and tried to sell me bulbs for $78 contending that the current bulbs won't fit. I spoke to the manufacturer, they were plug and play. Then they called and said they could not get them from the current manufacturer, but another would cost me $30 more. I said to bad, your price, in the end I agreed to split it. Then they cancelled the order and never called me to tell me. Now it's one week before Christmas and I have zip for my son. Stay away.

Ordered a hood from these $#*!s and it is literally not usable it does not fit my truck at all its almost two inches not wide enough and I cant even close it to make it work. They told me they would not take it back because it was past their 14 day return policy but for a product like this it shouldn't matter. Might as well burn it so I don't have to deal with someone as pissed off as myself. THIS PLACE SUCKS and the customer service sucks too guy was a $#*! so I told him to suck it since there was nothing else to do about the situation. Stand by your products you $#*!ing $#*!.

Don't buy from this website! Terrible customer service! Placed an order on 12/16 hoping I would get the product for Xmas. Called 12/23 to find out if product shipped and found out the product had been discontinued. So I ordered the "so called" upgraded version paid a little bit more. Was advised it would ship. First week in January still no product received. Called and was told it would be shipping that day. Another week went by still no delivery. Called again advised same thing. Got the run around! I called again around January 14th to say it's been almost another week and that I did not want the product and they advised it shipped. Received the product on the 16th a month later and now they want to charge a 25% restock fee if I return. What kind of business model is that? I know I will never return to them to purchase anything.

DO NOT SHOP HERE PEOPLE
September 9, 2014

DO NOT SHOP HERE PEOPLE. These people are trying to run away with my money. Ordered from this store a month ago and my item still hasn't shown up. They constantly lie about shipping and keep putting me on hold and transferring me to different people. I TRULY do not think these people even care. My product will be damaged by the time it gets here and they're not going to take it back.

Do not order parts from this website, or any online source unless you are 120% sure that the part is going to fit your vehicle exactly the way you want it to and after reading up or talking to a customer service representative about their return policy. Street Beat Customs has multiple websites, under different names, and all of them have false product descriptions. If you own a 2010 Scion TC, and it says it's made for a 2008-2011 Scion TC, forget it! The websites states that it will fit your vehicle make and model, but when you get it in and install it you end up with gaps or not enough room and you have yourself a mess, as they don't do any returns. To me, that is a business giving consumers false information, lying to you, deceiving you into purchasing a product you will ultimately find useless, and stealing your money.

I called this company to place an order for an air compressor due to the fact they had a $30.00 online coupon. I did not realize the coupon recently expired. They did not honor it and I was not having any luck locating the compressor elsewhere. I ordered it for $180.00. I called them back within a couple of hours and cancelled the order as I was able to find it at AutoAnything for $50.00 less. Street Beat charged me an $18.00 processing fee even though I cancelled right away. Make sure you check out their terms and conditions located at the very bottom of the page. They never indicated to me there would be any charge for processing. Guess I'll shop elsewhere.

I ordered an exhaust system for a 2000 Lexus IS300.
Two weeks later they sent me a header for an 88-00 Honda Civic.

When I called about the incorrect order right away, they put me on hold and it took about 10 minutes, then they finally said they would email me with further instructions/info. 5 days later no email. I emailed again. And just called again they said that customer service will email me later today.
I"m not holding my breath, but going to pur stop payment,
So far pretty bad. I should have looked up ratings here first.
Stay away,

They haven't changed at all.

Ordered a part 11/14/2015 and charge was made that day to card. After no further reply from them attempted to contact by phone and email starting on 12/7. After many attempts got someone to answer the phone and was told they were having an issue with their supplier. Sounds like BS to me. Was promised would be shipped immediately and a few days later got FedEx confirmation. Tracked on Fed Ex and it actually got to the final FedEx location before drop off and then someone from the shipping end changed the address to somewhere in MI. After MANY more phone calls to get resolved (their rules) finally someone answered and told me didn't know how that could happen (don't even want to think who the shipping address was for). FedEx confirms can only be changed by the shipper. I asked to have the item shipped overnight to me (shipping charged to me) as was waiting to paint the car but the reply was 'we don't overnight as costs too much'. And I was thinking this guy understood English! Then told him to cancel the order but he just kept talking saying the address had been corrected. NEVER AGAIN. Do some looking around as they use a few other sites other than StreetBeat..

I ordered what I thought were fender flares with the rivet look as per the picture they have on the website. It turns out there is a small disclaimer that the product may differ from the picture. When I received the smooth flares there solution was for me to pay all additional shipping to have them change.

This place truly sucks
November 4, 2014

This place truly sucks. I buy a lot of parts online, and I have never had such an issue. I bought tail lights that they advertise as an exact fit with no extra purchase or installation necessary. I get the tail lights and, while they fit, the circuit boards do not fit to the after market lights. I emailed them and supplied the pictures that they asked for. They responded to me saying that any aftermarket tail lights I would buy will require me to purchase new circuit boards. First of all, that's not true. Second of all, that is the complete opposite of their advertisement for the tail lights which explicitly state no additional purchase or installation. If you want to be that kind of business then that's fine, I just won't do business with you anymore. So I ask to just return the lights, and they say I am unable to because I "bought the wrong tail lights". When I push the issue, they say they will allow me to return them if I pay for shipping (which I will not get back) and also pay a twenty five percent restocking fee.

Not only have they been unhelpful and unprofessional, but their actions are unethical. Because of this, I will leave a review for them on every available outlet as well as contact the DA in their state. If you're not going to conduct business correctly then don't have one at all.

TLDR; just another crappy, shady, business that touts their sales history to draw in customers, but actual has little to no business ethics or knowledge what so ever.

Ordered a hood deflector for my Nissan Armada on May 8,2012. A couple of days later they called to tell me that the website was wrong and they needed an extra $20. I sent it. The deflector arrived a week later busted all to pieces (not their fault I realize). I called and they asked me to submit photos on May 24th, which I did. No contact for two weeks and then today (June 11,2012) they emailed me and asked that I return the broken deflector before they'll send out another one. I will return it, but for a REFUND. I will never do business with them again. Over a month after my original order and still no deflector in site...

They send me wrong size rear bumper, the send me a completely cracked front bumper primed over to hide the fact the bumper was trash. Then they tried sending me a trunk hatch three times already and they where all broken. I suspect this company to have a hidden agenda. To charge you for receiving bad parts. They will not screw me over though. If they don't satisfy the quality they say they give, then I will get my money back with my bank.
