They told me they didn't have the tail lights I wanted in stock so I told them to cancel the order and sent them a follow-up email. They didn't cancel it and a week later they shipped and billed me for them. Now I'm being told I'll be charged a 25% restocking fee.
DON'T USE THESE GUYS BECAUSE THERE ARE REPUTABLE COMPANIES OUT THERE TO DEAL WITH!
I ordered a stage 3 O2 chip. Before the order was sent I received an email saying they had another item that 'most' people bought with the original item and because the box was opened it would be discounted 50%. In short the O2 chip was great, but the so-called blower was a joke. Not only did it require a part that had to be fabricated to make the hose connections, but it made my 4Runner run so badly that after paying the $180 part cost, $130 connector fabrication amount and $60 installation fee I had to have it removed so my car would start shifting gears again and not shutting down. I only had 38,000 miles on my car so I could not chance that this stupid 'blower' would cause major damage to the transmission or other components. I contacted them explaining what I had experienced and of course no response of any kind.
When I ordered this first part they refused to send it to my shipping address because 'virtually always it was a scam' so it had to be shipped to my billing address which caused me to pay sales tax, double shipping since it had to be forwarded to my shipping address and a two week delay in forwarding the items to me. What they failed to say is that they are the scammers and buyers should beware of them.
I ordered parts on Feb 12. They called me back to say the part I wanted was not in stock. I chose another that was and waited. After two weeks the part came, but did not fit. It cost me $24 to send it back. They got the lights back 4 days ago. I know because I checked with the tracking number. I find out today that they are waiting for the factory to verity the problem, so I can get my money back. But the postage is NOT going to be refunded.

Ordered a triple gauge tripod and it arrived in just afew days, the part fits, however when I found the product it stated it came with the choice of 3 gauges, called to find out and they said it does not come with it, I have the page of the product saved. Other then that I can not complain. It was 40.99. Bucks. They did fix the page after the order. I will order from them again.
After receiving my headlight order, the passenger headlamp assembly did not fully operate - the LEDS and HALOs did not light. I reconnected the lights three different ways to confirm their non-functionality. Their resistance values were also about 3X the value of the 'working' headlamp. Contacting Street Beat, I was verbally told I would get credit for the defect assembly and would also receive return shipping cost.
I was charged a 25% (about $42) restock fee for a DEFECTIVE product. ( I always thought Restock fees were for FUNCTIONAL returns.) I was then told I had to pay return shipment (about $20) in spite of the manager's approval for shipping payment to return the defective product. Customer support did try to resolve the issue with a replacement and I would have had to wait over a week to get this while my car was not driveable. This was not an option as I was also not very comfortable with the quality of the product.
Ordered a suspension system for my car and it took almost 2 weeks to deliver it. I put it on my car and it was complete garbage. I called to see if they would return it and they said no it was now considered used. They basically have no return policy avoid completely
I bought from these guys two bumpers for my Mazdaspeed 3. First they said they had them in stock and then it still took them 7 to 10 days to process the order, and then another 5 to 7 days for it to get shipped. So overall it took forever to get them and then when I requested to pick them up from the carrier myself, they gave me the biggest run around you could think of. I needed their assistance in contacting the carrier so the bumpers can be released to me (the owner) but they refused to assist. Luckily the Carrier had common sense and overroad Streetbeatcustoms decision and then I picked them up myself. Streetbeatcustoms customer service is absolutely garbage! On top of that, now that I look at these bumpers they will require significant work primer and paint to make them look the way they're supposed to look. Don't trust their recommendation about "paint ready" conditions. I will never buy from these people again; if I could return the items today they would be in a priority Express shipment back to California!
I bought headlights for a Dodge 2 dr. The headlights they sent were for a 4 dr. Tryed to return and they refuse. Sold me the product knowing no one makes a 2 dr headlight for my car. I have been In the car hobbie for 30 years and this place is the absolute worst! Rip offs... Stay away...
They sent me the product I ordered, damaged, and then when i returned it instead of $300 they refunded $200. Terrible support and help all around, will never purchase from them again!
I received a grille from streetbeatcustoms as a Christmas gift and it came broken. So I tried to return it and they told me they would NOT accept the grille back because it was past their sh***y "14 day return policy". So I even tried to reason with them and exchange the grille for another one which was even more expensive than the one that was bought and they still told me that it was not acceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. The first person I spoke with was Jason and after dealing with his BS, I demanded for a manager so I spoke with CHRIS who I thought would help me out but he was a complete IDIOT AND IMMATURE. He was not willing to help me and told me it was my fault for NOT opening the package when it arrived even though I repeated myself several times that it was a gift and was bought a month before Christmas. The manager CHRIS seemed to have some kind of mental impairment and he sounded like a broken record in which he kept repeating the same answer no matter what explanation I gave him. So now I'm stuck with a broken grille that I can't use or even re-sell. And they stand strong about this return policy and they truly feel this is the best return policy. I learned my lesson by buying products from them and I highly recommend purchasing from AmericanMuscle.com for mustang parts because they have a no hassle return policy and you deal with friendly and accommodating employees. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! I hope this review helps.
Beware, they have nice webside, but they have not parts in stock. I ordered 9 parts, i get 4 parts. I try several times to fix this, but they do not answer, i send e-mails and use live chat. They have taken almost full payment in my credit card. Now credit card comppany try to get extra money back. If you want trobles and lot of extra work, use they webshop. Next time i use another shop!
I spent a 1,000 on light and grill they do not styand behind thier product at all light cover blew off tail light after 6 months would not replace stated I would have to buy a whole new tail light and head light dont fit want me to pay to return; this company sucks i am going to call BBB on them they are a rip off
Ordered a set of wheels for my car. On the page for the wheel, you haveto pick the size you need. The ones I chose were on sale. Listed next to my size was the price $833.99 but in the column for the "add to cart" $480.99 was listed, thus the sale price is assumed. I clicked on "add to cart", then when I viewed the cart, $480.99 was still the price. It added shipping, $99.99 for a total of $580.98. I clicked confirm and printed my invoice with a final price price of $580.98. I received a phone call about 90 minutes later from them saying that the actual price of the wheels I had chosen was $833.99 and that the site was not set up to change the sale price if the customer changes the size of the wheels. They informed me that the price I now had to pay was $933.98. I told them that what they were doing is a classic "Bait & Switch" and just to cancel my order. 2 days later I received a $58.10 "cancellation charge". When I called they kept denying the bait and switch and refused to refund the cancellation charge. Didn't matter to them that my invoice says nothing of such a charge and clearly reflected the "sale" price. Nothing but a scam. My bank agreed with me and promptly reversed the charge while they investigate. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
Purchased rear deck cover for 87 Monte Carlo. Item sent was 13 inches deep and the rear deck is 6 inches deep. Called and they said send pic of label on carton. Sent pic and they asked me to call and they said pic too small. Then they said send pic of the item in the car. I did showing how much too big it was. Another email asking me to call, I did and they said only showed part of the part and send pic of whole part.
After receiving emails from them asking me to call which I did NO help they said can't help till I send large picture of the label and that was their policy. I tried this 4 times even using photobucket.
The crazy thing is after every call with no help they ask is there anything else I can help you with.
I even sent e mail saying I give up and send me an rga which i pay for return and 25% restocking charge.
Recived another email asking me to call the 5th time.
To maintain my sanity Iand moving on and hope they enjoy my contribution to their company,

I bought a supposedly suppream air ride suspension for my car from streetbeat customs for $1.169.67 with shiping. Oh they were all nice and curtious telling me what a great kit it was and was made spacifically for my vehical and easy to install. I get it and it is missing parts and has a lot of wrong parts and when i call them now they can't help me. Keep telling me i should get a professional to install it.iam an electrial engineer fo 30 years and the guys at the shop where iam haveing it installed are very professional. They build very high quality performance cars and have installed several air ride suspensions. They have tried to contact them as well and get nowhere with them. They even say they don't have a fax so we can't send them pics of parts in question.(everyone has a fax anymore) street beat is mostly a scam. Just to get your money and then forget about you.and the rudest bastards i have ever delt with. Answer: It's a legitimate website. They won't credit card fraud you... it's just their services suck! Shipping/quality etc... bad customer service if your outside of California. I'm on the east-coast which prevents me from driving over there and going bananas. Food for thought.
