I placed an online order with them on Jan. 2nd for a grille for my Ram 2500 pick up truck, the charge showed up on my credit card immediately for the total of $101.98 with shipping. About a week later the charge was gone from my credit card, so on Jan 10th I called the company and they informed me that my grille was shipped. I never recieved any shipping confirmation email or anything. On Jan. 14th the charge showed back up on my credit card and I finally recieved a grille on Jan. 21st. The grille I recieved was not the item I ordered. I ordered an Option Racing brand all-chrome OEM style grille, part number 65-*******:

The grille I recieved is a bone stock OEM replacement (chrome shell w/ silver insert), that Street Beat Customs has ordered third party from another company off ebay and had it shipped directly to me. The box I recieved has a Ebay/Paypal shipping label on it with this item # (and its the exact item I recieved)

I called Street Beet Customs and explained everything to them, and there customer service proceeds to tell me that I am wrong and what they sent me is what I ordered. I have argued on the phone with them 2 different times, and I get nothing accomplished! All they will tell me is that I can return it at my cost and have to pay a re-stocking fee also. The 2nd call with customer service I found out that they couldn't get the orignal part number grille I ordered, so they just substitued the other one off ebay (wrong one) without my permission. There customer service is EXTREMELY poor! I have contacted my credit card company to file a dispute.

I have called other companies that supplies the original grille that I ordered (part # 65-*******) and they have confirmed with me that is indeed supposed to be all chrome including the mesh insert. So to sum up what has happened is: Streetbeatcustoms.com has charged me $101.98 for one item (that they couldn't supply). Bought another (completely different) item off ebay for $49.99 and had it shipped to me. What a bunch of scam artists!

This is a scam. Check out all the complaints on the internet. They purposely ship wrong parts and charge consumers. They have a D rating with the BBB. Do NOT buy from them. Check out the complaints for all of these sites they run!
