It's a legitimate website. They won't credit card fraud you... it's just their services suck! Shipping/quality etc... bad customer service if your outside of California. I'm on the east-coast which prevents me from driving over there and going bananas. Food for thought.

Are you very familiar with performance chips? Many are just scams and the chips don't do much more than just being a switch. You can read some other reviews of chip companies here. I haven't bought from this particular site, but am wary of these chips sites in general
