This person Leon Siber at the contact *******@gmail.com is a total scam.
I purchased a book that is unable to download he is refusing to refund me.
He is stealing from me and you as well and is a total scam and fraud.
We all to open legal claim agains this person/ business.
This isn't right for this person to sell merchandise and not follow through.
I am a Store Owner on Storenvy, and absolutely love it. The Staff is helpful, and even though the Site does have Problems at times, they are quickly resolved. I used to have a Store on Etsy, with no Sales. But remember, it takes alot of Promoting of your Store to get Sales in. Sale isn`t for everyone. If you have a Store here: Promote, Promote, Promote and don`t give up. If you have bought an Item on here, and did not receive it, it is NOT Storenvy`s fault.
The no Fees, does help BIG TIME, and I appreciate it alot.
This is an amazing quality hoodie. The quality on this hoodie is top-tier it is very comfortable to wear the only downside is that it wasn't my size but other than that it is a great product and I recommend that you buy this is an amazing hoodie the quality on this hoodie is top-tier it is very comfortable to wear. The only downside is that it wasn't my size and it will be delayed because of Covid-19 but other than that I look forward to buying more storenvy products.
My daughter purchased two items online. It's been two months and neither purchase has been received. Storenvy does not deal with issues or disputes, and the sellers cannot be tracked.
Do not order on this website! Their stores are scams! I lost 200$ ordering on this website because the seller was a scam! And they don't want to refund me!
I placed my order on December 6th expecting my order to have been delivered with enough time for Christmas. It is now Dec 21st. And I have yet to receive my item! I tried tracking my order but the website kept giving me an error. I finally find an email to request information. They reply back with a PDF of a message "sent" to me on Dec 8th, saying my order was being shipped. When I entered the tracking number it states It's on its way to the USPS facility! WTF! Needless to say I am NOT HAPPY. And I really wish they will return my money! WORSE WORSE WORSE business ever!
I've had my shop open since 2013, staff is unhelpful, no traffic whatsoever, NO SALES at all even with sales etc... i did better on etsy. Toooooo many changes to the site i do not like the idea of giving my social security and personal life details to a third party PayPal doesnt ask for that!
If you want to deactivate your store you cannot do it yourself the storenvy staff has to do it themselves which is very inconvenient
Also when other vendors started complaining on their YouTube channel Storenvy removed all the complaints from their videos that looks very shady from my point of view
And from other reviews on here they do ignore your FB post and tweets...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We ordered a Chricstmas Gift that promised delivery by 12/12... Here it is 12/20... Also said item was shipping FROM THE USA... Turns out it is coming from CHINA! The tracking has been the same everyday! "Processing thru distribution"
We can NOT contact COMPANY! FRAUD... FAKE... STOLE OUR MONEY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL
Joined Storenvy some years back because I was just starting out and the low fees were pretty attractive. The marketplace there didn't really drive any sales, but through promoting myself I managed to sell a bit, here and there, but never very often, maybe once a month.
The changes they've made recently have been for the worst though, and the last straw was being contacted by multiple customers who were completely unable to even make a purchase through the site. I emailed customer support and was told:
"Please ask your customers to empty their cart, clear their browser's web cache (https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic) and try checking out again. "
Not a good solution, and no word of it being a known bug that was being looked into, despite hearing this complaint from multiple other store owners.
I closed down and moved my stock over to my old Etsy store and I'm making multiple sales a week there. My customers who followed me over from Storenvy have thanked me for switching to an easier to use site with a better buying experience, and I find the Etsy marketplace is still a good place to find new buyers, despite how big it's gotten.
No response via email.no product. Never shipped. Website shutdown. Had to call my bank to deny transaction.
Theyll probably change thier biz name over and over again.
Avoid like the plague
Oh plus phone number is fake and I ordered a vr head set right after funny my F-N cards work just fine cold hearted asswholes is what Storenvy is along with the Christmas bargain / bargain r us store the merchandise deals were through
I see a lot of Scam reviews if they took my money and have no intentions of sending the corsett and bun lifter that was advertised on facebook im contacting Better business bureau and report them.
Purchased what was supposed to be a prom gown and recieved a cheap knockoff costume.
Storenvy refused to get involved. Seller offered $24 refund toward my $200+ purchase. Both suggested I resell the junk item with their stock photos (essentially advising me to scam someone else like I was. Um, no.)
I should have known better- I did but I was trying to save money & still have a beautiful dress for my daughter. Instead this was/is a nightmare.
Thank goodness we took screenshots of their empty return section & had an email we sent to verify if the dress was bad, we could return it for a full refund bcs they updated the return policy the day after we purchased.
Paypal now requires the buyer pay for shipping & the seller was betting on me not paying the extreme shipping cost back to China. Paypal will refund up to $30 & USPS shipping was $75. The seller kept saying they only accept FedEx (which was $130 to ship) - Paypal said any return with tracking was acceptable.
The service (lack there of) from both the seller and the company was horrendous. They kept sending responses that were incomplete, illegible, and screamed of fraud.
They know people are trying to save money and prey on that.
STAY AWAY.
HORRIBLE! ALERT! THIS IS A SCAM!
Ordered 3 items from them oct 24 never received or got tracking number. Tried to go to there site from email to see what was wrong and it said site was no longer available/valid. This is what happens after you order from them! I tried to contact other ways and finally got a reply that I should receive order that week which was now the first of Nov.! Waited to see, and still NEVER received my items! Im so glad I did not order more from them! I had to finally dispute the charge through my bank because once you purchase something from them you CANNOT REACH THEM! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! I WISH I WOULD HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! :(( ((
I have been a member of Storenvy ever since it launched in the beginning. (:
It's awesome to see that it's now being widely used by a ton of people and it has to be my absolute most favorite place ever to sell my stuff!
Everything is professionally done and you can find a lot of stuff here.
I don't pay listing fees, not final value fees, NO FEES AT ALL! It's all my own, beautifully made, storefront!
Of course if you want to use extra features for your store, it does cost some money, but only like $5/mo which I think is pretty cheap! (:
The only fees that are ever charged on me are the dump Paypal fees. Yes, I still have to face those damn fees, but this site is perfect if you want to have a storefront that gives you a ton of traffic and looks appealing to your customers!
You can design your storefront with ease and you can join marketplaces!
However, I do have to say that most of storenvy supports handmade items (or things that look vintage/handmade or your own creations), so it's not really that good if you sell electronics and stuff like that!
I honestly do not sell handmade stuff, only anime goods from Japan, but I'm doing well. I manage to sell at least 1 thing every 4 months or so, but that's mostly because handmade things are more popular there and I don't advertise my store much. XD;
Besides that, I love this place! It's easy to use, looks nice and FREE! Definitely a better alternative than eCrater... since eCrater is free and all, but it doesn't look as nice and there isn't as much traffic there as Storenvy.
Well, I ordered this dress for prom. It was just beautiful in the pictures, then it came... IT WREEKED OF FISH AND WAS MADE OF WHAT LOOKED AND FELT LIKE DOLLAR STORE FABRIC. Do not ever give these scammers your money. Goodbye.
This place is a total SCAM! It's a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a 40 dollar bag and it never came! I contacted them to get my money back and OFCOURSE they acted clueless, saying they could not help me. They're rude and completely dismissive. Funny, they claim to be the opposite, LOL! Now I have to get the credit card company involved. Once again, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They don't even deserve 1 star rating.
Firstly, I am to blame because while ordering from Store Envy i hadnt noticed until check out that my order was being placed to three different vendors. However, ALL THREE of those vendors have yet to ship my items. NOT JUST ONE, NOT A COINCIDENCE, BUT ALL THREE! THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT I REPEAT! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STORE ENVY! EVER! NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE MY ORDER IS, WHEN IT WILL BE SHIPPED, OR ANYTHING. I CANNOT DIRECTLY COMMUNICATE WITH NO ONE. NO NUMBER TO CALL. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM IN SO MANY WAYS!
I loved Storenvy. I had my shop powered through them for almost 3 years. I had hundreds of sales... and than they decided to make the changes. First was that they were going to take a 10% commission on all marketplace sales. I thought it was a little high, but whatever. I had maybe 9 marketplace sales the whole 3 years I was there. But than, they announced that you had to use Stripe. I started researching Stripe and discovered that their customer service was terrible, they have no buyer or seller protection, and their fees are higher then Paypal. Alright, I'll just turn my marketplace shop off so I didn't have to deal with that. I was cool with that. But what I wasn't cool with is when I got an email from Storenvy that they would be creating a Stripe account for me! Umm... no... that's not cool. So, I decided to leave Storenvy. I was a huge supporter and even referred hundreds of people to Storenvy. But, they went about these changes in the wrong manner that didn't sit well with me. All I've seen are complaints about Stripe and am so happy that I made the switch back to Etsy. Maybe one day once they get everything together I'll be back. But until then I'm happy with my decision.
People underestimate this website. I ordered my prom dress from here and it came on time and was good quality! Definitely would order from here again :)
Answer: No! Please stay far away from this site.
Answer: Honestly, I'm very surprised by these reviews too. We have over 100,000 store owners, so I suppose there are bound to be some people who didn't have a great experience. But we certainly have a lot of successful, loyal merchants.
Answer: Just like Etsy or Amazon, Storenvy isn't a single seller, it's a site featuring shops hosted by a network of different sellers. My advice would be to check out the information on the page of the particular seller you're looking at. Look at their feedback and their shipping timelines, and that should give you a better idea of what to expect. Most of the sellers there are fantastic, but it's always best to do research before buying from a new person :)
Answer: Its not "technically" a scam, its just a website with a bunch of people who put up stores. The problem is many of those people are not good at running a business (and the individual store owners might be scams or might not be) and the company "storeenvy" takes no responsibility for their actions. You will have better luck on EBAY or AMAZON because there is buyer protection and actual customer support. StoreEnvy is not a 'scam', they just suck.
Answer: Each seller is independent within the site. I never got a response from Storenvy customer service, so Paypal refunded my $. So you take your chances. Ebay will refund if the item is not as described or pictured. Also look at where the item ships from, if it's China, it could take 2 weeks and more.
Answer: Your best bet is to pay close attention to the reviews for the seller. Much like Amazon or Etsy or eBay, each seller is responsible for their store and the things they sell in it - which means some things are going to be fabulous and some won't be. So check the reviews and make sure you know that the seller you're trying has a solid reputation with their buyers and consistently delivers a good quality product.
Answer: Nope i wouldn't do it... the whole site is fraud. Myself and a few other people are in pursuit of getting our money back.
Storenvy has a rating of 1.7 stars from 312 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Storenvy most frequently mention customer service, tracking number and credit card. Storenvy ranks 563rd among Marketplace sites.
We're actually rolling out a shipment tracking system very soon. :)
