Took over a month to get my item after numerous messages to both the store and Storenvy. When I finally received the item it was shipped from China (not Florida as stated in the store description). It was absolute unwearable rubbish. Only kind of looked like the item described. Of course if I wanted to return it I would have had to pay the return to China. My negative review was sucked into a blackhole. Anyone visiting this store can't see any reviews which should have been a red flag.
Unable to send a complaint to Storeny because their messaging system is apparently not working.
This site is so lame. Stay away. They obviously can't manage their website/merchants. When you read through their FAQs they're on the defensive from the get-go.
I just wanted to drop a quick note, "I really, really love, LOVE the improvement on the website, visitors stats, enhanced secured checkout and ease of use" along with its great TEAM behind the curtain, too! I have been with Storenvy since last year as both a seller to a successful shop powered by Storenvy and a buyer/supporter to many artisans, and it has been a blessing from ABOVE to be apart of this wonderful community! The customer service could not have been better. The ease of shopping on your site, and the idea behind is great.
Unprofessional. If i didnt know better i would think its run by kids.The whole set up looks professional but they have no infastructure. My issue is with the storenvy staff and the way these support staff treat store owners. Their policies are great in print but the staff have poor communication skills. They write emails and then when you ask for clarification on the poorly written illinformed email they say things like" sorry for the confusion". Well thats just great after i have already been chasig my tail for weeks. If i didnt know any better i would think its run by kids. But then again maybe volunteers after all its free. So you do get what you pay for. Spend the money and get a proper website as everyone knows anyone can open a store on storenvy.
I ordered a pair of Rihanna Puma Slides for my daughter during the holiday. I was told that the item should arrive between January 2-6. I emailed them back and asked why so late? Why couldn't I receive my daughters shoes before Christmas? I was told, due to a high stream of theft, they wanted to make sure that their customers items were secure. Well guess what? I never received my package at all. Email them and got a nice response right away saying that my order was canceled and that they had sent my refund. I asked why didn't I get a cancellation notice? I got no response. I email them again saying it had been two weeks and I still haven't received my shoes or my refund. It has been over a month and I'm getting no response. I reported them to BBB. These people have made Christmas 2016 very sad for my little girl and many other people. Please report these people! No one should take from anyone. I truly hope that you all get your refunds.
Tried to order a bills hat draft frm 2017 wasnt availible received an email saying it wasn't in stock repeatedly ask for a refund was told to choose something else everything i chose wasnt availible still told cant have a refund finally chose something came looked fake fake sticker so dissapointed denying charges wont ever order from this superficial makeshift site what a scam
99% of the reviews I read read are extremely unfair. They are NOT about Storenvy itself, but about the SELLERS who have stores using Storenvy platform.
The only point I agree with reviews here was that sometimes people asked for a refund from Storenvy itself and they either take a while to reply or to process the refund. But you can ALWAYS go back to Paypal or your credit card/bank and request a refund through them...
I do not work on Storenvy, I had a store there about 6+ years ago and left at the time because they didn't offer digital downloads yet.
Do not buy from here, SCAMMERS! The items I ordered got delivered to NY and I live in OK. Seller wont reply to emails or text. Trying to figure out how to get my money back. Want to report them to the BBB!
I ordered a dress from Yesdress that I found on this site and it was awful! It didn't fit right and the stitching the sleeve was already unraveling and falling apart. When I received a wedding dress from storenvy babystyle 123 last month I saw that it was poor quality and was HUGE on me I immediately tried to get in touch with them and they never got back with me until I was angry. They got back to me and all they could say is that it had been too long and they wouldn't let me return the dress. I spent almost $300 and it wasn't even my fault! They're a bunch of liars and it is a scam! Don't buy from here!
I was using an ebook which was freely available in internet. I have ordered it from Sibershops at storenvy. They emphasize the shopping is free and get the shipping address. I paid for the book and after 1 minute, I got the email from the Sibershops that here is your link to ebook. I asked him why I should pay for the ebook which is availbale online for free and he did not answer anymore. Couldn't be more disappointed and mad with a online shopping experience

Storenvy is AMAZING! First of all, it's an online marketplace like Etsy but is COMPLETELY FREE! For small business owners starting out not having to pay any listing fees or commissions is a huge plus. But, being free you might think eh, it'll do the job but no, it does the job AMAZINGLY WELL! The interface is beautiful, both for the shop owner and customer, they have great customer support when anything goes wrong, and do a ton of work to build an extremely strong and supportive community.
Everything I liked about Storenvy went up in smoke with the recent changes. The 10% commission on sales (including shipping costs) for marketplace sales (on top of the stripe or PayPal fees) was too large a cost for my small business to eat and my goal was to keep prices competitive. Then the checkout problems started. People not able to checkout from my custom (and not subject to the 10% fee) store, forced to go through the marketplace (and the mandatory 10% fee) store. Customers that I had gotten myself, no help from Storenvy. Setting me up with a stripe account I never wanted (so they could get their fees).
Then there's the set up. The interface for listing new products is slow, cumbersome, and old. It's not a user-friendly interface at all. It takes a long time (even with extremely fast internet) to load pictures and it's difficult to move items around in the shop (drag and drop from a list that, also, moves extremely slowly).
No. Stay away from Storenvy. It's a racket. I'm back at etsy and I've never been happier. My sales are up, my fees are a lot lower than the 13+% I would be giving Storenvy.

I ordered a light blue see-through lace long custom made prom dress. The product I received was by far a more than disappointing product. The dress color is a baby blue dull color and the silver pieces meant to be on the bodice weren't silver at all, but poorly sewn on pieces of the same grotesque baby blue. I ordered this custom made and it was anything but, the dress was a good 15 inches too long and the "fitted back" had enough material for a second dress. I am a size two and relatively short person and this dress easily could've fit a size 8 tall individual. When I brought this to the attention of the company, they wouldn't give me a refund but offered to have me ship the dress back to them for modifications and insisted that the wrong measurements were my fault. I shouldn't be expected to pay for shipping the dress back and clearly I didn't request a dress 15 inches too long. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I cannot believe I actually purchased through this site. I am in law enforcement, I know better! When you see a deal that's too good, it is. I saw the Tiffany's horseshoe necklace for $62 and was charged $65 with fees, ok it's not much money but I might as well have handed it to a stranger for no reason.
So they are 'based out of AZ' no they are really out of China. It took the weeks to arrive and this is what I got. Please see pictures. I reported them, emailed them, in broken English they said if I don't like the product I can ship it back. I wanted the actual product. It's been two weeks of emails at 2&3 in the morning. They won't refund me or send me what I paid for. Store envy customer service can't help. Buyer beware.
They already said I can keep the fake gumball cheap plastic necklace, they will send me the authentic one, because they only have authentic Tiffany's and I will be happy.
Now we are back to I can ship the fake at my cost ($27) and get my $62 back. I will never use this site again. I will make sure no one I know does. It's my fault I own Tiffany's jewelry so I know the real thing. It's what I get for being cheap. There is no recourse, there is no way to know who is in the States or not. Better to use more secure sites. That is all I have. Good luck!

Answer: Honestly, I'm very surprised by these reviews too. We have over 100,000 store owners, so I suppose there are bound to be some people who didn't have a great experience. But we certainly have a lot of successful, loyal merchants.
Answer: Just like Etsy or Amazon, Storenvy isn't a single seller, it's a site featuring shops hosted by a network of different sellers. My advice would be to check out the information on the page of the particular seller you're looking at. Look at their feedback and their shipping timelines, and that should give you a better idea of what to expect. Most of the sellers there are fantastic, but it's always best to do research before buying from a new person :)
Answer: Its not "technically" a scam, its just a website with a bunch of people who put up stores. The problem is many of those people are not good at running a business (and the individual store owners might be scams or might not be) and the company "storeenvy" takes no responsibility for their actions. You will have better luck on EBAY or AMAZON because there is buyer protection and actual customer support. StoreEnvy is not a 'scam', they just suck.
Answer: Each seller is independent within the site. I never got a response from Storenvy customer service, so Paypal refunded my $. So you take your chances. Ebay will refund if the item is not as described or pictured. Also look at where the item ships from, if it's China, it could take 2 weeks and more.
Answer: Your best bet is to pay close attention to the reviews for the seller. Much like Amazon or Etsy or eBay, each seller is responsible for their store and the things they sell in it - which means some things are going to be fabulous and some won't be. So check the reviews and make sure you know that the seller you're trying has a solid reputation with their buyers and consistently delivers a good quality product.
Answer: Nope i wouldn't do it... the whole site is fraud. Myself and a few other people are in pursuit of getting our money back.
