I bought this really cute Dylan O Brien case and i was so excited to use it and get it. It came this weekend. When i opened it today, i had been expecting it to fit on my ipod 5, but i was unpleasantly surprised with an iphone 4 case. I am actually in tears because i was so excited and in love with it, but i cannot use it and there isnt a way to send it back. Dont buy from store envy, they suck.
I thought I bought a beautiful dress--I didn't and it was horrendous. Matronly, poor quality, etc. I tried to return the dress and the customer service was AWFUL. "Jane Lee" or "Anna" was arguing with me and making me jump through hoops and questioning my decision. Jane/Anne asked for photo evidence and justification, which I quickly submitted, although most of that is on their FAQ section on returns.
My last straw was when, after all the emails and pictures I sent, and more, they said "The dress price is USD229, we need deduct the cost of transaction fee, material cost and workers cost, we will refund USD 70 for you." By the way, shipping the dress back to China via DHL was going to cost $100.
I regret wasting my money on this dress and want to warn you about my story.
Dont order anything from this company. You order, your charged and then you spend weeks trying to contact someone to get information as to why your order is delivered. I haven't been successful trying to get a refund at this time and its been 2 months already. I had to pick 1 star as I couldn't give them a "0"
I've ordered an item for 50$ 4 months ago.
I've got the Message ''Awaiting Shipment'' for about 2 weeks, nothing changed so I decided to write them an Email and ask for the item. What did they tell me?,, My Partner (just) told me that the item isn't available anymore, you can exchange for another item instead''
They didn't contact me at all and if I wouldn't have sent them an Email, they would've probably never told me that the item isn't available and just keep the money I've paid them.
I took a chance and purchased something from a store called LuxuryFab. After I purchased the item I never received a confirmation that I had purchased the item or the order was processed. They charged my credit card immediately. A month later the status of my order still shows as "awaiting shipment". No response from vendor when I inquire. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Seems like an Etsy wanna be without any of the standards. This is the first and last purchase I will make on Storenvy. I'll stick with Etsy where I have never had a bad experience.
We ordered a prom dress from OKBridal. It was just as beautiful as the picture shown. Dress arrived much earlier than we had anticipated and the craftmanship was amazing. Beautiful dress that no one else will be wearing!

I made my order from miss loco boutique. I really liked the clothes and I was excited, but that was on May 12th, it is now June 10th and I still have not received anything. This is just sad and super unprofessional. Wow
I ordered a sweater a month ago and when I finally got it and opened it I couldn't have been more disappointed. $40 for a sweater I didn't order and have no use for whatsoever. They even say that it's so poorly managed they don't even have a PHONE! If you email them they won't respond! What am I supposed to do with a $40 Pokemon shirt?
I love Storenvy! I sell on there and I've purchased things multiple times. As for selling, traffic is a little slow, but that's where you come in. You need to advertise your site. There are no fees from SE, so it's completely free to sell on there. Also your shop is customizable. It's great.
As for purchasing on SE, you have to regard each shop as its own separate entity, just like you would on any other website like this. There are good sellers and there are bad sellers. There are more good, than bad. You can't be mad at SE, because one of their sellers isn't great, just like you can't get mad at eBay for the same thing.
IM straight up dead serious little kids are making stores. They all do the asian drop ship program and do not let you return anything. I have reported serval shops to the Better Business Bureau. And lost $50.00 worth of items. And further investigation to get my money back the police located the store owner and she was 10 she scammed over 50 people. Her parents didn't even know she had a store envy. Thank god I got my money back from my bank who opened the investigation with the police. STAY AWAY FROM STORE ENVY
I am a shop owner on Storenvy and have made several purchases from other Storenvy shops as well. I absolutely LOVE Storenvy! I have tried selling on other sites such as Zibbet, and Etsy and just don't care for them or all of their fees. Storenvy is completely free to use except for sales made through their Marketplace (which you aren't even required to keep, and those are sales you wouldn't get without their help anyway). Storenvy is very user friendly both for the shop owner and buyer and I would recommend it to anyone!

I ordered the spirit of the wolf cross stitch and haven't got it yet. It's a PDF down load. How hard is it to download what you promised. This is the $#*!tished company I've ever delt with. Would not recommend this commany ever.
I placed an order on 9/13/2015 and never got a confirmation. A couple days later, I checked my credit card and it had been charged for the order, then I checked on Storenvy website and saw that my order was listed along with the store it was ordered from. Sent email to store, no response, sent email to Storenvey, no response - My response was to have my credit card company cancel the payment to them and credit the money back to my account. Too bad I can't give them negative 10! Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT! Event their Twitter handle no longer exists! They ask you to message them via Facebook! I want to sue them to get all my money back from the monthly fees I'm paying and I can't even LOGIN! I had tried to reset my password and the link they send via email comes back as error and I tried 3 times still ERROR! And when you click on Contact Us it takes you to the LOGIN! Hello! I can't LOGIN you idiots! How can I trust using you for my business!? I tried everywhere to get a hold of you yet the only thing that's working is that auto pay of my extras!
I ordered a wedding dress that was supposed to be made-to-size based on measurements. It came miles too big, which I could have worked with, but it had a visible seam around the waist where it should have had a hidden seam. It made the dress hang completely different than it should have. I contacted other makers of this same dress and they confirmed that it should have been a hidden seam. I purchased from this seller because they had a reasonable return policy posted. At first, I was offered a return with full refund, or keep it and get a partial refund. I opted for a return and was then told that, because of COVID, they weren't taking and returns or doing refunds. I had to buy a different dress and am out $240. Don't risk it!

This is absolutely a scam. The store I bought something from was called 4-forever-clothing-co, the store owner name is BRITT TURNER, in the beginning she was really shady because she would say the item is on it's way, and there would always be a reason why the item wasn't coming. I have yet to get my money back, and my item! I haven't had any help in doing so!

Answer: Honestly, I'm very surprised by these reviews too. We have over 100,000 store owners, so I suppose there are bound to be some people who didn't have a great experience. But we certainly have a lot of successful, loyal merchants.
Answer: Just like Etsy or Amazon, Storenvy isn't a single seller, it's a site featuring shops hosted by a network of different sellers. My advice would be to check out the information on the page of the particular seller you're looking at. Look at their feedback and their shipping timelines, and that should give you a better idea of what to expect. Most of the sellers there are fantastic, but it's always best to do research before buying from a new person :)
Answer: Its not "technically" a scam, its just a website with a bunch of people who put up stores. The problem is many of those people are not good at running a business (and the individual store owners might be scams or might not be) and the company "storeenvy" takes no responsibility for their actions. You will have better luck on EBAY or AMAZON because there is buyer protection and actual customer support. StoreEnvy is not a 'scam', they just suck.
Answer: Each seller is independent within the site. I never got a response from Storenvy customer service, so Paypal refunded my $. So you take your chances. Ebay will refund if the item is not as described or pictured. Also look at where the item ships from, if it's China, it could take 2 weeks and more.
Answer: Your best bet is to pay close attention to the reviews for the seller. Much like Amazon or Etsy or eBay, each seller is responsible for their store and the things they sell in it - which means some things are going to be fabulous and some won't be. So check the reviews and make sure you know that the seller you're trying has a solid reputation with their buyers and consistently delivers a good quality product.
