I tried to make a transaction a while ago and each time my card did not go through... I sent an email just now but I am afraid they will not respond. I attempted to pay 5+ times and it did not go through at all. It seemed legit and I was excited for the clothes. I was very disappointed.

I love StoreDogDog! They come out with new clothing all the time, everything is affordable, the quality is really good! The only negative thing I can think of is that I live in Norway, so it will take quite awhile before it arrives. But for these clothes, it's totally worth the wait! I have bought a lot up until now, and I am satisfied with everything! Highly recommend. Also there was an item I bought, but they sent me a mail to tell me that it's out of stock, so I got to choose an item (in that price range), and they sent it the moment I decided for the item! So good service, will definitely recommend to all my friends, and will 100% buy from them again!

The clothes are great quality, super cute clothes and pretty much identical to what they look like in the pictures. The only thing I didn't like about it was the slow shipping. Now this may be because I moved to a whole different place and I had to switch my address. Also PLEASE read the fitting sizes instead of just clicking what size you regularly are because for a large it's like a medium or possibly even a small. Overall good quality store, just slow shipping and weird sizes

Great communication, great stuff, it takes awhile to get here but im not complaining. I wish reviews were on their site but im overall completely satisfied. Everything is leget and has lasted me too!

I wouldve put a 5 stars if it wasnt for them forgetting the two skirts I ordered. I messaged them about the issue and I never heard from them. Disappointed

I'm not going to lie I was skeptical about store dog dog because of the prices looked too good to be true but I love my clothes they look just like the pictures and the quality of the clothes are amazing the shipping takes a while but that's because of COVID, every time I contacted them they were very kind and helpful and gave me free socks and a choker (the socks because I spent more than $40.)I also messed up on one of my purchases because I meant to select a different color, I contacted them and they changed it for me which was a relief. Will definitely be buying from them again and would recommend :)

Everything was very good & cute! Just like the pictures! I recommend sizing up a size since they're asian sizes. Great clothes, about to make another purchase. Though i didn't get the free shirt they advertised, i talked with them & they offered one for my next purchase

I am 13 but I was in a study and I just got 30$ and I doubt that I didn't have 2$ left so this is a problem (I gave it 4 stars because I didn't want to hurt it for a issue non-quality related)

3 months ago i ordered 2 beautiful dresses and they came in good care and fitted amazing. Now at 19 April i ordered the "Long bunny ear hoodie" and it never came, i sended an email today and I'm waiting for my reply. If it doesn't come I would be really disappointed.

It takes over a month for the clothes to come and they're not really worth it. The sizes are pretty small so I suggest sizing up but I wouldn't buy from here again.

I finally got my order ($250 for 9 items) after 2.5 months of waiting. I ordered 3 pleated skirts, they look and feel like crunch thin umbrellas and wouldn't hold the pleats if worn. The waist gets really small and there's no room for stretch. I made sure my measurements were accurate to the description, but still everything is too tight, or fits awkward. And their returns/customer service is such a hassle to get through to them that I gave up. Returning the items would cost $50 without any shipping refund and i doubt the package would make it there. Also an item was missing and the hooks some of the shirts used to connect the straps are made of rubber making the shirts unwearable. Really disappointed and regret this purchase.

I don't usually write reviews but I absolutely love this shop! I ordered $200 worth of clothes in the beginning of February and it arrived around a week ago. I ordered 18 items and only got 17, BUT they emailed me that they didn't have that product in stock and would send it out to me at a later date (and they already have as I'm writing this) Everything fit perfectly and I love them so much. The only problem is shipping takes a very very long time. I waited around 1 month and 3 weeks in total? I live in the United States for reference. So if you're fine with waiting that long, go for it. The prices are great for what you get and I've already placed another order. Thank you!

Advice: size up!

So, I purchased two sweaters from the dog dog website and contacted them after it took over one month to ship out. They told me it would be another week or so and once it was "shipped" I was provided with a link that had inaccurate shipping info. I contacted them for a refund bc I had payed over 30 dollars and they continued to tell me that half my order was canceled without previously notifying me and shipping out my other sweater right after so I have to wait even longer (they told me three weeks or so). The person I was emailing then told me I would receive a refund for only one sweater (which I had not received yet) and am not allowed a refund for my second item. This is despicable and I never anticipated such bad customer service. I never write reviews but their emails and service was very unprofessional.

I ordered 100 worth of stuff and 3 of the shirts didn't even look like the picture and the button on the jeans I bought broke in the wash before I even wore them but going through the hassle of returning them is a pain :(

It did take 2 weeks to come it was ok quality but I wish it would be bigger becuase in the picture it was really big sleeves and the one I got the sleeves ok kind of oversized but I wanted it bigger but I will buy more clothes from store it was RRALLY good

I loved the earrings and skirt that I got. Though, I would recommend sizing up by 1-2 sizes since Asian clothes are usually smaller then USA clothes ( I'm from America) but I got lucky, but overall, it's a pretty good store and I just bought some more stuff from them! I'm very excited about them. Also shipping is pretty good. ( Even though mine's almost got lost by that's not the store's fault lol)
