I am appauled this company is in business. They should be ashamed of the scuffed pair of shoes they sold me that they claim were new. I contacted them the moment I opened the box and saw the large white scuff and asked for a refund but they stated, "the shoes were reviewed by our team and met their standards and no refund would be provided!" What a joke! Met their standards, uh, if you're selling a brand new shoe then it should be new, not used and scuffed. This is the most fraudulent company I've dealt with in a long time and I highly recommend any future buyer beware of using a company like this that stands behind lies and cheats you out of paying more money than a shoe is worth, especially when it arrives used and damaged.
I used StockX a lot until an issue, then had to use support for the first time, and they simply do not care. I did some digging on twitter to learn that what happened to me is common so I will no longer use StockX and move all business to exclusively https://www.goat.com/

I did my first purchase on StockX for a pair of New Balance 550 Au Lait. The processing seemed to be going well with authentication process and shipping about 10 days according to the app tracking. Was getting excited to receive my sneakers. Unfortunately the shipment showed delivered, but I did not receive my purchase. After this being quite a disappointment for my first time purchase experience on StockX. Trying to connect with customer service through the chat has been a nightmare, after multiple attempts to connect, waiting in line and being disconnected halfway through the chat unresolved I must say it was absolutely some of the worst I have experienced to date. After I have spent approx. 6 hours to finally get to file a claim and to submit a affidavit. To then find out I have to wait another 10 days to process my refund. Probably not shopping there ever again.

They told me 7-12 business days depending how long (the seller takes) which wasn't long. The seller shipped the item immediately same day if not the next day. I've been waiting for my item for almost a whole month which is kind of ridiculous especially if you paid 800$ Makes me think I had a better choice by just going into the store and paying the extra few bucks. This is not worth the hassle at all. At this point I just want a refund. I do not recommend buying from here at all.
Just received my Jordans today to a clear sticker that reads display shoes the shoes clearly looked used and dirty the stitching was falling off on one of the shoes plus it has running paint on the bottom no authentic shoe has running paint. How can the person inspecting the shoes miss all this. They are a huge ripoff will never buy from them again better of on ebay for real.
Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas on November 29. They took the $$ from my bank account on that day. Got an email saying I should receive my item before December 15. Started getting nervous when the site NEVER showed that they received the shoes from the seller. FINALLY got someone to answer on chat (their "bot" sucks!) and he had to email me back because he had to have "3-5 minutes" to look into it. The only email I got was that they cancelled my order and would refund my $ within 3-5 days. Super disappointed --first time order and will not make that mistake again.
I have now had 5 out of my last 6 orders cancelled as the sellers don't ship the items. I currently have 1 active order where the seller hasn't shipped within the required timeframe, so it looks that one will be cancelled too. Stockx don't seem to be doing anything about this worrying trend - no punishment for sellers who don't perform? Also have to contact stockx to get it cancelled, they just leave the order pending forever!

Very disappointed and frustrated with stockx. I sold couple of shoes on this platform yet after 4 weeks I still haven't received my payment. I have sent many email to resolve my issue but stockx takes 3 days to reply To any email and every time it's a different member of staff, but no one seems to get to the bottom.
It's very difficult to get a response from stockx. I think this issue would be easily resolved over a phone conversation.
Utter disgrace, think twice before you use stockx.
We bought Jordan 12 Retro's Colorway Varsity Red and Black so called New; 100% authentic. Well they might be authentic but not NEW. Maybe worn a few times but the seller painted the damn shoe. Black transferred to the red and after only wearing them twice. So my bad for not over looking the shoe with a fine tooth comb but for 200. Not cool on the seller. Learned my lesson never again will I buy from stock x.
Bid a pair of shoes here, no tracking information at all. Once you placed a bid here, it takes forever to get response. And your bid never goes expire.

They robbed me and I have the pictures to prove. I ordered a 2000$ F1 Dynasty Hobby box. When the box arrived I could clearly tell it had been resealed with the wrong plastic wrap with the wrong markings. The was nothing but an empty case inside the box. And I just get to sit there and take that L because StockX doesn't care they have my money and aren't giving it back. Im shaking while writing this im so disgusted

I paid 2000$ for a Topps Formula 1 Dynasty box and when it arrived it was clear to see that it had been resealed very poorly at that sure enough there was an empty one touch inside. StockX wouldn't do anything about it. I hate them so much I worked so hard to save up for that and thinking yes I don't have to worry about getting cheated and that's exactly what they did to me.
I would never order from this site again. The order can take weeks to arrive. You can not return or cancel an order. They also had service fees, and delivery fees once you have entered your credit card information. So you don't know the total until after the purchase is complete.

My first experience with StockX will be my last. I purchased a game through their site, assuming that it would be far safer than others. The opposite was true. Upon receiving the game, I was incredibly disappointed to see that their own verification sticker had come loose and damaged the box. (Besides placing a sticker on a cardboard surface, which is never a good idea, they pulled it so tightly that it ripped the surface.) I reported this and was told that I could not return the item and that they "issued a free shipping code for a future purchase." I won't be making any future purchase, and I highly recommend that others do not.

My husband bought me a pair of retro 4's black cats for Christmas. Unfortunately they were the wrong size and it was going to be a hassle to return them. We decided to sale them ourselves and found the shoes were not authentic. We for sure got scammed by StockX and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Nike dunks ordered and "verified". Arrived with a major flaw that should not have been released from Nike (so possibly fake and quality of stitching was not great). StockX answer was that I could sell them and yes I would have to pay their commission again. Do NOT waste your time or money. Look anywhere except stockX.

In march I purchased a pair of Carmine 6's from Stock X. They passed and i received, but they had the pinkish midsole i was afraid of getting. I chalked it up as a luck of the draw and a few weeks later resold them to Stock X with their tag still attached. Today I get an email saying they didnt pass and they are sending back + $15 fee. How are you going to reject shoes i bought from you in the first place?! Cant you scan the tag to see that i got them from you? Even if I didnt buy them off stock X, they are 100% legit from Nike. They were never purchased or sold as b grades or anything. This company employees complete idiots and exercises inconsistent shady business practices. Buy from GOAT, Ebay or anyone else, but not Stock X. Eventually they will screw you. Not to mention you can't call anyone over there to tell them what's going on.

I bought shoes listed as new but received damaged shoes. I contacted Stockx and sent all photos. Stockx agreed the shoes didn't even meet their standards but refused to allow me to return and refused to issue a refund. Instead they told me to resell on their platform so that they could get paid again and another customer would be stuck with damaged shoes. BUYER BEWARE!

This is my first purchase with Stock X. I like that I don't have to worry whether it's authentic or in stock or in the right size. They take care of everything and shipping and delivery were a breeze. I will definitely use again.
If you are buying shoes from stock x, a seller can sit on the shoe for up to 2 weeks before mailing to stock x for verification. They literally give you ZERO updates until they are shipped to them. And that could still take another 2 weeks. After verification you still have another week if you're lucky. It's ridiculous! And their website is completely a joke, you can't ask anyone where your order is at and what's going on they just keep telling you the sender has 2 weeks to ship. I hate these guys. Never again will I purchase from them. I ordered from flight club another pair 2 days before making a stock x purchase and it was their in 5 days. My stock x order is still being shipped and that was 10 days ago, it still hasn't arrived for verification. You'll have much better luck with another site trust me! AWFUL!
