Why is StockX's policy to screw over customers and sellers regarding cancelations? If it didnt ship whats the issue? They lose money thats all its abt

Hi D. H, StockX is not a regular retail store. We are a live global anonymous marketplace. Buyers and sellers are located across the world as are our authentication centers. All purchases are coming from different sellers located in different areas globally and could be going to different authentication centers.

Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.

However, in the event that a seller does not ship on time or fails verification we will always try to like the buyer to a new seller at no additional cost. If we are unable to do a full refund is processed. In the event that the buyer wishes to not be linked or if the seller is passed their ship-by date, they can request to cancel.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and that this purchase didn't go as planned.
