Wanted to cancel a sell and waited over 3 hours to talk to someone in the chat and they told me they couldnt gaurentee if there would be a fee or not 15 bucks 15% or none and my account could be banned. Guy had no idea and im sure thats not his fault but the policy makes zero sense. The item has not been shipped and shouldnt have been an issue to cancel. I will not be using stockX again.

Tip for consumers:
Dont use unless your extremely lucky and nothing goes wrong because customer support is awful.

When you can not complete an order we will charge the penalty fee which is 15% of the total order transaction with a minimum charge of $15 and possible suspension. We do apologize that it was a hassle to cancel, but when you create an order it affects the Buyer when you cancel so we must charge the fee. Thank you for your patience in support as well.
