Excellent just what I expected it to like like straight fire
I bought 2 pairs of Jordan retro 12's on June 6. One pair came in on June 11th. I opened the box which was undamaged and had some very damaged retro 12's. They look used, painted, and re-glued! These shoes were a surprise anniversary gift, and I had shirts made to match them. My husband's shoes have not arrived and states that they had to find a new seller. I asked to cancel the order due to getting damaged/used shoes, and they said to resale them on their site. Ridiculous! At this point I'm not even for sure if the shoes are real. It looks like Jordan is making a lay up! We have ordered from this site before, and have received perfectly new shoes. But who has $600 to gamble with. I will never recommend StockX again! The customer service sucks, and it's not right for a billion dollar company to take advantage of their customers. I am highly disappointed and upset! My anniversary gift is ruined! I have a pair of damaged/used retro 12's, and still waiting on some more damage/used retro 12's.

As I live in a third world country, there can be quite a lot of barriers and hurdles in doing international order. Purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1 low Paris from StockX for $500. When I got them I thought they looked a bit off. The insole was falling out of the shoe. And they had this weird discolored stain on the inside. I took them to a store here in Chicago and was told they were indeed knockoffs. StockX says they don't accept returns. That I would have to resell the shoe back to them. So I tried doing that. Only to be told that they can not authenticate them. The same shoe they sell me as "authentic" now suddenly is not authentic. This still has not been resolved and now I am out 500 bucks for a fake a$$ pair of shoes

I noticed that I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shoe once I placed my order then I immediately tried contacting customer support. There is no phone number, the bot ask and tells you in the "Help" center the only way to get assistance is if you've already received your item and the so called "live chat" never became available that they claim to have. All I wanted was to request a size change. No refund or exchange just simply size change. I tried this site to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday but NEVER again. I hate that their is no customer support available. Service is key.
