I bought a PS5 my order said total price $755.33 so I purchased it on June 6th 2022. 10 hrs. Later I get a call from my banks fraud department so I checked my account. They charged me twice for the Item at $755.33 costing me over $1500. 00. Their customer service number is always busy and you can't get anything taking care of through their sight. It just tells me I can't return the items I can only resale them so they can make more money. I have reported them to my banks fraud department and I will be filing charges and getting a lawyer to sue them for FRAUD! After investigating this, it turns out that the delivery driver stole the package, but the company cant call stock x to verify this information to them, so stock x won't file a claim for me to get my money back because it's past the 3-day window. I did my first purchase on StockX for a pair of New Balance 550 Au Lait. The processing seemed to be going well with authentication process and shipping about 10 days according to the app tracking. Was getting excited to receive my sneakers. Unfortunately the shipment showed delivered, but I did not receive my purchase. After this being quite a disappointment for my first time purchase experience on StockX. Trying to connect with customer service through the chat has been a nightmare, after multiple attempts to connect, waiting in line and being disconnected halfway through the chat unresolved I must say it was absolutely some of the worst I have experienced to date. After I have spent approx. 6 hours to finally get to file a claim and to submit a affidavit. To then find out I have to wait another 10 days to process my refund. Probably not shopping there ever again.

I purchased a pair of Nike Dunks from StockX for my Son's Birthday and look at this mess. Per StockX website no refunds or exchanges but we are welcome to sell them back? But why would I have to do that when StockX dropped the ball? This exactly why Nike is suing them now... this is RIDICULOUS & I'm pissed! I submitted all the pictures to StockX to let them know the shoes were fake, I was told their 'Sr Authentication' team would review my concerns. Well of course their Sr team concluded the shoes were authentic(Bullsh**). This multi-million dollar company is literally robbing people for their money, charging 3,4 and 5 times the amount (sometimes more) all to send a knock off. This is pathetic and really need to be stopped.

My son ordered a pair of Nike Dunks for $249.25, we never received the shoes according to StockX the shoes were delivered to the wrong house and they where unable to get the merchandise back. My son worked really hard to get his shoes that never got delivered shame on you. SCAM don't buy from here.

Be careful using stock x if the item gets damaged in transport through them they assume you sent it to them damaged you get charged for failing verification then they send you back the damaged worthless item and on top of that suspend your account they take no responsibility when destroying you items

Worst company I've dealt with ever. I had my sneakers canceled and they refunded me the same day. 10 days later I get the shoes, and then they recharge me for no reason without permission and I said I canceled my item and now you guys are recharging me and not refunding me. Under the law it states that a company cannot charge you for a item that you didn't order and that they don't have the rights to charge you if you didn't want it but happen to receive it later one. Staff was really rude when I was talking with online chat and ended chat when I was still taking with them and they were not helpful. Had to contact them more than a month and they kept saying a stock x specialist will get back to you and I haven't heard back from them. It's been almost 2 months and they are dodging my messages when I've bought more than 10+ pairs from them. I'm no longer a loyal customer and don't trust stock x. They are a company you don't want to do business with. Currently Ive filed a dispute with them

I get an email stating my Ye T-shirt is delivered but nothing came. I have a doorbell camera that sends notifications when anyone comes near the door. Fedex tracking states it's dropped at the door at at 1:34 PM but no address listed. Nothing was there. Basically I got ripped off and robbed. Thanks stockX! No help from customer service, basically to bad so sad. I have escalated at FedEx for full return. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH STOCKX
