Always a good experience. Twice the sellers canceled on me but my money was refunded by StockX in days. I typically get my orders within two weeks and one order I got in 3 days.

I recently bought a PS5 over StockX. I must say that they keep you well informed all along the process from shipping to delivery. I must also clarify that since I bought the PS5 in the US but I live abroad, it took a while before I got my hands on the item and tried it therefore this review is coming in late. When I finally did try it (oct 25/2023), to my eye the PS5 seemed brand new - I think it is actually brand new - and in mint condition. However, when I plugged it in and connected to the internet, it wouldn't let me connect to the PlayStation network and would give me a message reading: "This PS5's services access is permanently or temporarily suspended". I've tried everything to no avail. I must clarify that I have not even been able to log into my PSN account, therefore the issue is related to the console itself. I contacted Sony's support team and their answer was that "the console was sold via direct.playstation.com, it was reported losta nd subsequently permanently banned from accessing the PlayStation Network."
What is very disappointing is that even though I am sure that StockX did check the cosmetic condition of the console and turned it on to see it was "functional", they did not take the 2 additional minutes of testing it would've taken for them to realize that the console had been bricked by Sony. Honestly, it only took me like 1 minute to get to that step when the error was reported. I believe that one thing is testing sneakers and a totally different one testing electronics. I feel this was a salient mistake in the testing process carried out by StockX, which is supposed to be part of their value proposal.
Now I will be stuck with a console working only for offline gaming and down a few hundred dollars in my pocket. Stay away from any electronics sales carried out by StockX. They may be good at selling sneakers, but clearly very negligent when testing an electronic product, like a PS5, whose functionality goes way beyond cosmetic condition.

When I first searched this company to buy an expensive pair of sneakers for my grandson, it looked sketchy. I placed an order to purchase his dream Christmas present and received no order confirmation, no thanks for your order or any indication that the transaction went through. When I returned to the website, it showed that there was only one pair left. I tried to order again and about 10 minutes later received an email, thanks for your orders 3 minutes apart! I tried via chat, email etc to cancel the second order. I finally received an email response that they do not accept cancellations or returns. What a SHADY company! I would warn any to never purchase anything from Stockx.

I had an issue with the level of service received. I've sent many emails and left countless messages. I am always treated the same way - a generic email telling me to provide more information, with no information or platform to provide said information. And then my case becomes closed after 24 hours. Disgraceful. Sometimes I receive a message saying "we'll be in touch with you soon." But no one ever reaches out.

Days later I see 2 separate charges in my bank, and noticed 2 emails for shipping notifications. I reached out to customer service, and they told me they would send me an email about canceling the order. I received no such email, and now I have an extra pair of shoes that I didn't want.

I have been selling & buying on Stockx for kver 6 years & have had pretty good experiences minus some minor hiccups.
This last time I sold an item ( a Bape shirt still new with tags & original packaging) I gave it a once over then shipped it to Stockx fully expecting to be paid out. Well, a few days go by after the shirt arrived to Stockx with no update. I reached out & was told that my item failed because of a hole in the shirt. I was sent a picture & there is a big noticeable hole right in the middle of the shirt. Why would I put a hole in my own item then send it to be authenticated knowing it will definitely fail? Makes no sense especially given my great selling history.
Of course they had to pass the issue around to different departments so it can be "investigated".
Even after sending the receipt & a picture of shirt that shows that it did not have a hole, I finally get a message stating that my item failed due to use or manufacturer defect.
I am now being charged a 15% fee, my seller percentage fee will go up & I have a damaged shirt all because someone there mishandled it & somehow put a hole in it.
And of course their decision is the final word. After years of selling & buying with a good record, I am pulling my items from being listed & probably will not buy from them again. But they will not care.
