They will not cancel or delete your card information from there system. I had to block my cards and freeze my account. They sent the items to the wrong address and told me I still have to pay for them. They said they are not responsible for where items get shipped. They never close your account. I have had to get a lawyer to close the account. I wish I never heard of this company. They are trying to ruin my credit and stop my from buying a house, because I wanted to cancel and they will not cancel it. Please for your credit, do not give them your card information. I had to close my account with my bank and deal with there billing department later.
I've been a customer for a year. Most stuff I keep is inexpensive - so the low quality is not necessarily a problem. But then I paid $138 for a little leather purse by American Leather Co and within 6 months the color started rubbing off badly. Stitch Fix would not back up their product - no remedy was available. When I told them that did not make me feel like I should continue being a customer, they went into my account and turned off my seasonal shipments "for me." Terrible customer service. Not getting anything from here ever again.
I was hoping to update my wardrobe and I gave Stitchfix a try. However, it was like they didn't read anything I had written down because they got me everything on my do not want list. I ended up returning my items the very next day and I will still charged for them at the end of the month. I contacted customer support and they told me there's nothing they can do about it.
Cancel option is removed from home page AND to chat loops to please login. The selection is sub par and almost always can be found on line cheaper. I cancelled in writing with a return. This was ignored. Shipment s keep coming and credit card still being charged

I used to love it when you could make monthly payments- now they stopped that so I will no longer use them because of that. They are expensive but good quality clothes but personally can't afford over $200 for 4-5 pieces of clothing. I'm done
I tried three boxes from stitch fix, this was over, priced, Walmart, wardrobe, not even close to what I was requesting. It was a lot of clothes for older people, and I specifically was looking for a wardrobe for work. These were all low quality items and each time you're writing a detailed review about what you need but I don't know if anyone is reading it.
I set up 2 accounts. 1 for me, and 1 for my son using 2 different e-mails. They de-activate my son's account, but continue to send clothes and charge me. I have no way to check out or cancel the account. I have at least 12 e-mails into customer service and the issue remains unresolved. Very disheartening!
Stitch fix closed my account because the first time my package was lost and the second time it got stolen. They take forever to reach back and this is the solution. I told them I would even give a different address.
I received a personalized shipment at the end of May that was more for cool weather. I quickly tried everything on to be sure it fit and then put it away for the fall. I pulled out the clothes in October and noticed one of the sweaters had a hole in it. A $58 sweater. I emailed right away to see if there was anything that could be done. But since I was out of the 30 day return window there was no budging. I emailed back and forth a few times to make sure they actually understood that it was brand new with tags on and just out away for the summer. No options. I was told they were sorry for the inconvenience. I have cancelled my subscription because I am in awe of the lack of customer service.
I have been with Stitch Fix for few years. Bought two blouses last year that weren't cheap. Within a little over a year they shredded and are unwearable. Stitch Fix states it's past the time where they can replace them. I expected these to last longer so quality is poor. Customer Service when I said I was disappointed and am leaving. They basically told me oh well and sorry to see you go. Sad for the amount of money I have spent with them and never had a complaint, I expected better service!
The company is incapable of listening to anything besides what you tell them for your size. They don't actually style anything towards what you need, they just try to send you what they have.
You want business casual for work? How about a crop top sweater?
0/10 terrible service it's a WASTE of money
Ordered and returned the items I received. I was very disappointed in the quality, patterns, and the items were severely overpriced! Canceling is difficult, and after contacting them to have your account deleted, they still email you anyway. Beware of companies who don't answer the phone!
The clothes are really expensive--like $100 for a pair of jeans. I also said I was a teacher and was looking for modest clothing and I was sent crop tops and spaghetti strap dresses. The jewelry was extremely plain, too. Don't waste your money.
I can't believe what I'm seeing on this site regarding the issues that folks are having! I've been receiving SF boxes for about 3 years and I've never had a bad experience with them. Some of the styles have been a miss, but I've never had any issue with returns. I've even changed my address without a problem.
I always review my Fix before it ships and refuse the items I don't want and check the appropriate feedback. The items that I've kept have become my wardrobe go-to pieces.
After reading all these reviews, I'll certainly be on my guard - but so far SF has not given me reason for concern.
The site does not match what they say you should do, they send you several pieces that are all practically the same. They do not try to make a box that works, I have sent several entire boxes back. It is a let down and a waste of time, especially if you are are size 12 or larger. One entire box came with clothes from their own brand and within a week the seams were coming a part. When this first started it was pretty good but they got too big for their pants and now a computer does a terrible job and just makes you feel ugly and that fashion is outside of your grasp. Pick another service.
You pay a $20 stylist fee, but I strongly believe that no stylist is actually involved in subsequent fixes. The first fix was.great, but then everything just got more overpriced and completely ignored my preferences, even when I left detailed notes for the "stylist." Account cancelled and I will never go back. Customer service is a joke as well.
I first started using Stitch Fix in 2019 after I had lost a lot of weight and was still hiding in baggy clothes. The service got me to try new things and I even got back into dresses. The jeans they sent were always perfect. Lately though it's not been as good, for instance I specifically instructed "no leggings" and ended up receiving 2 pairs. I do think it's worth a try because it's fun to get a box of clothes to try on. I have never had any issues with stopping and starting my subscription.
Although I did enjoy some of my clothing, it was a hassle. Stylists continued to not listen. For example, they sent me jeans, even though I specifically told them "no jeans" I ended having to send the entire fix back. Furthermore, if you do not like the fix preview and do not choose the initial clothing that the stylist chooses for you, they send you a fix with clothes that you never see until it shows up at your door! Crazy that they do not allow you to work with the stylist to choose the clothes more than one time per "fix". Service had potential, but it is poorly managed and the management staff clearly has no vision for making simple upgrades in the process that would markedly improve their clientele's experience and cut back on the dramatic waste of money on returns and client turnover due to frustration with this company.
I did the style profile, let them know in general what I was looking for and what I liked to wear, and they sent me a box of poor quality, ill fitting crap some of which blatantly ignored what I asked for.
I filled out the form saying I didn't want any of it and that I would return it. They charged me anyways (and charged more than it said on the receipt) and are totally unresponsive now that I'm trying to figure out how they can charge me for stuff I returned.
Absolutely 100% avoid this company.
I have given StitchFix 3 tries and 15 outfit pieces, but have ended up with only ONE blouse purchased and $40 lost.
Despite providing detailed clothing preferences, links to my Instagram and Pinterest boards, and feedback on each fix received, I saw zero improvement in my future shipments. The style of outfits sent did not reflect my inputs, the sizing got worse with each month, and the customer service rep told me that $50-80 for rayon and polyester was about the standard and they were unable to price any lower. I can get high quality fabrics for much less on my own!
Don't waste your time or money to be duped into thinking you're receiving quality styling and clothing. I would recommend doing your research to buy directly or seek the help of an in store rep.
Answer: Credits are applied during checkout, not while you browse or put stuff in your cart.
Answer: No. The COMPUTER will then select pieces to replace those in the fix. The stylist is then locked into these choices. They might have a couple items the computer picks to choose from like we do when we preview, but they do not go and pick items. So if you request color and specific fabrics (no polyester) but the computer comes back with neutrals and a polyester jacket, that's what they will choose from.
Answer: They want you to pay them, even when you decide not to use them. The feel since they are in the UK, American laws don't apply to them. So they will charge you for there mistakes.
Answer: They make you buy the clothes and they will keep your card in file until you pay them.
The company has garnered mixed feedback, with some customers appreciating the quality and fit of the clothing, particularly for specific styles that resonate with their personal tastes. However, a significant number of reviews highlight serious concerns regarding customer service, particularly the difficulty in canceling subscriptions, unresponsive support, and billing issues. Many customers express frustration over receiving items that do not align with their requests, leading to dissatisfaction with the overall shopping experience. This disconnect between customer expectations and service delivery suggests a need for improved communication and operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.
