I regret that I did not read reviews about Steve madden before ordering. Placed an order #******* that was shipped 5 days ago according to their email but the tracking only show that the label has been created and nothing else until now. When I pointed this to their email support they stopped replying to my emails. Has emailed them thrice during the past three days but no response. At the moment I am on hold on their phone line for the past 10 minutes and no one is attending the call. What a crap service! Waste of money and time.

Your website indicated that if items are purchased before 12/15 we would receive before Christmas. Our daughter is in town from Georgia and now will not have a gift for Christmas because you still haven't shipped her order. I paid $18 for 2 day shipping. Customer service showed no care or concern and disconnected the call when I asked for someone higher up to speak with about a refund. This was my first time shopping with you online and my experience was horrible. To think I receive 100 pair of shoes from you guys a year that I donate and now I no longer wish to represent your brand any longer. I ordered a jacket from Steve Madden and there was no shipping or tracking info for 2 weeks. I finally reach out to customer service and they offer a refund since I had no idea if the item was even going to arrive anymore. I receive the item a week later and their representatives start asking me to pay them back. Most stores just eat the cost because the item didn't arrive on time as promised. Truly unbelievable how petty a big corporation like Steve Madden is. Never, ever ordering from them again.

I bought these shoes for my husband several years ago. He wore them a couple of times then they ended up in the closet. He probably forgot he had them. He only started wearing them again recently and today he notice that the stitching had pulled away. I have a really good cobbler but I'm sure she can't repair them as there's nothing to stitch to. Totally disappointed

I have always had really good luck with steve madden shoes. Heels in particular. They run a little small so order one 1/2 size up. I only buy their shoes that are real leather. Steve madden makes many different lines with different standards of quality in my opinion. Recently I received a pair I was not happy with. They were marked final sale. I called steve madden and they graciously allowed me a return and refund. Steve madden's best shoes and styles can be found at nordstrom, where I shop often. I probably won't buy directly from steve madden again because of their final sale return policy. At least at a major retailer I can get them shipped and returned for free if necessary. I recently went to a steve madden outlet store and was shocked. The quality was not at all what I was used to. I'm sticking with the selection at nordstrom. Just bought four pair and love them!
Don't buy the black leather and suede Steve Madden large tote bags. Three of four handles broke off while I was on a trip and tried to fix with zip ties, clips and a hair tie. See photos below. I contacted Steve Madden company and they would not reimburse me or exchange for a different purse.

I ordered the gold Justine sandal that wraps around the legs. They were high heel sanders and very beautiful. Wore them to a wedding and the heels literally loosened up and were twisted over to the side on both shoes. These are 200 dollar shoes! I try to call customer service for weeks and no answer. I just want an exchange for another pair. I can't even get help with that. I have purchased a lot of Steve Madden shoes over the years and never had a problem. But I guess there is always an exception. Very disappointed.

I ordered a pair of sandals well over a month ago. Imagine my surprise when I finally get a PARTIAL shipment that the sandals inside are not only completely the wrong style they are a size 5.5 and I'm a size 8. Upon receipt I immediately emailed the company pictures, my order number and complaint. No response. Emailed again, twice. Called multiple times. Utilized their chat option online, no response. Don't waist your time or money unless you want to be completely disappointed. Oh and still no word on the rest of my order.
I ordered boots that were in stock, didn't receive them for after almost two weeks. They blamed it on a warehouse move.
Then a month passed. They then said the boots might not even be in stock anymore since the holiday sales began - ridiculous since I ordered ahead of time to avoid this. They said they would look for the shoes - then just cancelled my order.
I am STILL awaiting my refund. I had to follow up with them because it still hasn't come and they blamed it on a "system error". Genuinely how many of those can there be? They said I'd receive it by the end of the day and - spoiler alert - I still don't have it. Avoid ordering from them at all costs - go in person or buy secondhand if you have to.

Ordered a pair of Steve Madden dress shoes online for my wedding in the summer almost 3 weeks ago. Chose online instead of in-store because their website offered a discount to sign up as a new customer which I was. They charged my card immediately but no sign of the shoes or a tracking number. The order receipt says 3 - 7 business days until it ships for processing, but I'm well passed that with no information regarding my order. I've emailed extensively but keep getting the same canned answers as everyone here. It's a different person responding each time. A couple of them said there's a chance my order might not get fulfilled? But you charged my card? I was so excited to receive my pair of boots, but I was shocked when I opened them and they were dirty scuffed and even had blue ink on them. I thought I was choosing the better option to get sent a new pair, but those equally were bad as well. Calling customer service was completely useless. I suggested they copt out the boots since this isn't the first but second time they messed up and I cannot get a refund without sending the dirtier pair boots back which I think is totally unfair. This is a very common problem with them sending used shoes. I am adding another review to warn people and spare their money.

Do not buy Steve Madden wallets, purses etc. The material they use is cheap cheap cheap. When I tried to contact the customer service department, I got the run around when I showed them what was happening to a never used wallet. See photos and note this has NEVER been used. They did not stand behind their product and sent me in a million different directions. Pls save yourself time and aggravation. Do not deal with customer service and the only way to do that is by not buying their cheap stuff.

I was really excited to get the maxima shoes. Plus with the 4 other leggings that i bought. Come to find out that they took the payment for everything but didn't even fill everything nor did I receive my package. On the tracking it said the order for #******* would be delivered August 23. I waited, and didn't get anything. Check tracking again and it now says pending date. Called FedEx and they said they never got the package and it's only the label that was created but never sent the package to the facility. I tried calling customer service and send them emails but never got a response. I can't even get a refund. Please guys if you are reading this save your money and time, don't bother with this website. It's a scam. They will take your money and won't give you the products you bought. Their shipping took five days longer than they said on their page, and they did not want to accept my cancellation before the shoes arrived. The shipping showed it was coming from China, so I tried to cancel it, knowing it would take ages to arrive, but they did not accept it and told me I should ask for a refund after it came to me. After it arrived, I wrote to a customer service representative. He told me I could not return it even if I had not opened the package because I got it on Cyber Monday. The whole website had been on sale for an entire week. Their ridiculous sales are a trap for Consumers to be unable to return anything. Sadly, I spent $104.83 on some worthless shoes they didn't even want back.
Also, do not trust their shipping days. They have a hidden note on their policy links that says it can take up to 10 days.
