I am a shoe Lover and need my shoes to last. Since I am a shoe lover I have a large collection of shoes. Which enables me not to wear any pair daily. When the weather changes I change my shoes around. I notice with Steve Madden shoes, there is usually something wrong. The color has faded, the material is shredding or a buckle is loose. Quantity is good but I need Quality too. Disappointed and Dissatisfied, Steve.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. They came in a box that was completely torn up and taped back together. They didn't fit so I called customer service. I couldn't understand her and she insisted that my order number didn't exist. Tried again later and received the same response. Now I have two pairs of shoes that don't fit. Thank you Steve Madden for giving me the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. This is a sham company. Do not buy from them unless you want to be ripped off.

The after pay. And they granted that. They said I would receive my shoes by May 5 was ok with that until May 5 came and they did not arrive. I called they said May 24. So I said fine. May 24 they did not come. Today is June 1 and I still do not have my shoes. They are paid in full and they said I have to wait until June 4 now. I asked if I could have some of my money back and all the young lady could offer me is a 20% off discount on the next purchase. Well keep it because I won't be ordering anything else from this company again. A bunch of BS!

I purchased a few pairs of shoes from Steve Madden days ago. I purchased 2 day shipping and found out on the day that I was supposed to receive my shoes that my order was just processed. Customer service had no clue as to how to help me. With a company that is very reputable for their business, they are disappointing. I'd rather support Fashion Nova or PLT knowing my purchases will come in when they say they are.

After a 55 minute hold, I Finally got in touch with a representative to inquire about a mask ordered over a month ago. They tell me my item has not been shipped and it is "unfulfillable." What does that mean? I will be calling my credit card company to report this as a fraudulent transaction and I will NEVER order any other merchandise from Steve Madden. This company is not going to survive with service of such poor quality.
I ordered a gift for a friend in the beginning of June (June 1st) thinking it would be shipped and at my house by the end of June. WRONG. My sister ordered 5 days after me and received her items right away.
Whats the hold up? I understand they could be a bit backed up but there is no reason why my items couldn't have been shipped already. They told me its in stock. I also ordered face masks without knowing they are special order which they don't have that on their website. I've emailed and called and all they can say is they are doing their best. Great. I'm glad you guys are doing you're best, but clearly you're best sucks. So annoyed that I can't even cancel my order since it won't be here in time. Thanks steve madden. Never ordering again!

They take your order charge your card and after two weeks they send an email saying they are out of stock. When u call their customer service it's even worse, the staff are rude and unprofessional. Never mind the hold time is forever. How the heck are these people are stil in business. Idiots
I bought this cap that is beautiful, hot days are approaching and I will make sure to wear it, it is beautiful and has a nice design, Simple but beautiful, And remember that caps protect your face from the sun's rays, even more so when it comes to people with sensitive skin, who quickly turn red at first contact with the sun. Even if you are not sensitive skin, it is advisable to wear caps so that your eyes are not hurt with the clarity of the light.
I received the black Maxima-R tennis shoe as a Christmas gift. They were hardly worn maybe a handful of times. Got so many compliments on them. I just had them on the other day, I looked down and the sole had come apart from the shoe itself. I was so upset I immediately contacted Steve Madden Customer Service. I gave them my information the lady on the other line was so rude, stated it was pass the 30 day return policy.$100.00 for a pair of shoes might not seem that much to some, but to only have worn them a handful of times and now they are no good, I was going to purchase a few other pairs but i will not now.

I ordered these cute shoes off of steve madden for rush and they only shipped me a left shoe because that was the only one they had left. It is absurd that they only sent one shoe instead of emailing me and saying they were out of stock or changing the status on their website to out of stock. Then when I called to confront them they were rude and did not help out at all. Overall, horrible service and not well taken care of.

I purchased Madden Girl boots from my local Famous Footwear on October 23rd. They both split down the middle two months in. Tried to return or exchange the shoes with a bank statement (I didn't have a receipt) and was turned away and told to call Famous Footwear. I did and had my shoes returned by the company because they were "worn" and told to contact Steve Madden. How the hell was I supposed to find a factory defect without wearing them? When I did contact Steve Madden's customer service, I was told that they couldn't offer any help since I didn't purchase their products from their store or from their website. I'm so flabbergasted and disgusted with this entire ordeal. Truly horrible. $60.04 WASTED!

HORRIBLE quality and customer service! I ordered the Harrey boots and within 3 months of having them the sole of the boot has completely fallen off. When contacting customer service they did absolutely nothing about it and refused to help even after acknowledging it was a quality issue on their end. As nice as the products look i would NEVER order from them again. Be warned before purchasing!

I bought a pair of slippers last week from Gurgaon Ambiance Steve Madden outlet. With just a single wear, the slippers have started to worn out. I asked them to repair or replace it, even check its availability in NCR region, but they simply refused. When we buy a product, they say life time warranty, but they don't even provide within the first week of purchase. Even being such a reputed brand, they offer cheap quality product. Highly recommend NOT to buy Steve Madden product, wastage of time and money.

Tried to order shoes online twice. Website says 3-7 business days to ship. After waiting about 2 weeks with no sign of the shoes, receive email that item is out of stock and my order was cancelled... two weeks after placing the order. This has happened twice. Absolute garbage.

I placed an order on 8/15 and waited the company policy period of 3-5 days for delivery. After that time with no updates to my tracking I realized the shoes would not be shipping out. Customer service at first said the shoes were lost and that they needed 5 days to locate them (if available anymore) then they backtracked and said they shipped but were lost (which isn't true on the tracking site).
They keep opening new "investigations" which is really just stalling for time while they continue to hold onto your money.
They should not mark an order as fulfilled or process the payment if they never intended to provide the product.
They should be reported to the BBB

This seems to be the only way Steve madden properly responds as Thier customer service is horrendous, so this is my review of my return process with tis company. I made a purchase in April 8th. Product is too small so I contacted the company to arrange a collection. I need to arrange a collection as for some reason Steve Madden make it totally awkward for Belfast residents to make an easy return. This process cannot be done as usual online as we don't have any dpd drop off points so you always need to contact Steve madden to arrange to have the product picked up.
I have sent several emails explaining this but I get the same stupid response. Please go online and fill out the returns form and print out the label. Of course if it was this simple I would do it. Each time I put in my postcode it tells me it's not recognised. Yes I've tried the suggested address but again it won't work as we don't have a DPD drop off. I have reached out via Facebook.

It tells you online easy returns. I've been trying for 5 days abs they emailing me the same stupid link to get a return label online. When I yet this it tells be my postcode isn't recoginsed contact the retailer that I do 6 times a day for 5 days. Still waiting on them arranging dpd to collect the return. I ordered on 11/29 it is now 12/14 and I still don't have any of my items. The website says 5-7 business days but that is so not the case. I talked to the customer support team once and they basically told me to keep waiting. One of the items didn't even ship until 12/10, but they created the label on 12/1 so CS told me to shut up and keep waiting.
I love steve madden shoes but I will never buy on their website again. They take your money and have zero accountability. I ordered these shoes for a trip, but I am back now and still don't have the shoes. Terrible experience.
