I ordered on 11/29 it is now 12/14 and I still don't have any of my items. The website says 5-7 business days but that is so not the case. I talked to the customer support team once and they basically told me to keep waiting. One of the items didn't even ship until 12/10, but they created the label on 12/1 so CS told me to shut up and keep waiting.
I love steve madden shoes but I will never buy on their website again. They take your money and have zero accountability. I ordered these shoes for a trip, but I am back now and still don't have the shoes. Terrible experience.
I ordered some sneakers on May 25,2020 and I have not received a tracking number for my order or anything. The order status says paid but the order hasn't been fulfilled. I reached out via email and I haven't received a response. I even DM'd them on Instagram... NOTHING! Either refund me my money or send my shoes. Never Again!

Preordered a bootie on 10/5. Received an expected ship date of 10/10. That date came and went. When I went back the Steve Madden site, my order was changed to expected ship date of 10/30. When I emailed them to look into this, they admitted that they actually do not know when this shoe will actually ship! Wha? First and last time I'll be ordering from Stevemadden.com. Target makes decent knock-offs anyway.

Shoes are overpriced for what you get. Artificial cheap leather shoes. Their training shoes are nice but you can get the same ones for 1/3 of the price. Steve Madden shoes should be $20-30 maximum.
Pros: the shoes are comfortable, nice finishing
Cons: overpriced, low quality, looks like plastic.
I order shoes June 13 - it is July and I have no shoes. There has been no emails and no notification. I had to email them and they replied that my shoes are on the way - that's it. My orders from China come faster. Never again! I also do not appreciate the poor customer services.

The main webpage states "free ground shipping on orders over $50", but what it fails to state is that sale items are NOT included in this and shipping is $8.95. This is extremely misleading advertising. Companies should stop sneaking money out of their customers and be honest in their advertising.

On December 22 I went to buy a pair of shoes my daughter wanted for Christmas but the Brea store didn't have her size. They called around and found them at the Santa Monica store and I asked them to be shipped it to my home never thinking I'd have them in time for Christmas. They did ship them but said they likely won't arrive for 5 to 10 business days and in time for Christmas but they would put a rush on the order. The shoes arrived at my home the very next day! And with free delivery! I was amazed they could get them to me so quickly and before Christmas. I really want to thank the person at the Brea store who found them and the Santa Monica store for mailing them out so quickly and for expediting delivery! Great service!
I sized up according to the wrong advice on the website and received a pair of shoes that was too big. I prepare the package for the return and I email to ask the commercial invoice as advised in the refund form (which I have not received with the order). No response after FOUR emails. Tomorrow I will send the fifth. I made a review on trust pilot and still no answer from Steve Madden. I ordered my shoes on 6/27/2021 and they came on 7/8/2021. They stayed in CA for that entire duration and it was supposed to arrive way earlier. When I sent a concerned email, they sent back an automated email saying that basically it will get here when it gets here. I was very displeased with that. Once they actually got here, they were too small and I sent them back for a size exchange the same exact day. It is now July 14th, and I have not even received a tracking number on my exchange. I have tried to call twice and I have not gotten to a real person YET. They advertise this "Live Chat" option and there isn't even a real live chat. I am very dissatisfied and I do not recommend it. The shoes are at least cute and do not feel cheap.

I purchased a pair of sandals and they didn't fit. So I went to exchange them and then never received the exchanged sandal. I contacted the store who then told me to contact customer service. And you know what customer service says? To contact the store. Both are saying there's nothing can do while I'm out $75. Completely ridiculous.

They charge your CC right away saying it "shipped". Tracking won't work because they ship it more than a week later. Then another week of ground shipping 1+ week cheapest route possible. I expect more than 2.5 weeks and no tracking and waiting

My first time shopping stevemadden.ca. Order 30/11/12 and today 15/12/12 I didn't received my shoes yet. I contacted them to cancel my order they said it can't be. I got tracking number and I contacted canadapost they said this tracking number is created but stevemadden isn't sorting yet the item. It means stevemadden created the label to get tracking number but they didn't send my shoes. I will never order from them ANYMORE in my live! I paid for 2 day shipping on a Monday and it's now Friday no tracking or anything. I contacted customer service and they said my shoe hasn't been process to be fullfilled and if it's not at 1 center they'll have to check another fullfillment center. So you charge people cards without knowing if you can fulfill and item? No one offered to resolve my issue just that it's showing it's being processed. Will NEVER order from Steve Madden again. I purchased some shoes from the Atlanta Lenox mall store. I didn't realize they were used at the bottom until I got back to my hotel room. I tried to return the next morning, manager said that she didn't sell me used shoes. That's a lie! I never walked outside with these shoes. I only tried them on in their store on their not so clean floor. Imagine how many previous customers did the same thing. I called corporate. They're a joke. They wouldn't refund me either. They instead offered me a coupon! Ha! I'm not putting anymore money in this company! Now I feel like they're calling me a liar. This was my first time purchasing Steve Madden shoes and will be my last. They customer service is mediocre. Seems to me they don't care about losing potential returning customers.

We purchased a pair of boots in the regular size that would normally fit our daughter. However, they were too big and we needed a half size smaller. I called customer service and the guy that helped me said it was a final sale and there was nothing they could do. We weren't asking for a refund. We spent $151 on these and now what? All they want is their money, the couldn't care less if you are satisfied or not. Never, ever again will we shop with them.

I ordered a purse from them. It was backorder. Finally shipped 3 months later, label Generated, no purse. Contacted them, no response. Finally contacted FedEx who told me to have them reach out to submit a claim. They offered to reorder, but on back order again. So ordered in December, got lost in March, reordered in April, still haven't received it. Now ordered a pair of shoes on June 3rd, card charged, still hasn't shipped. It's the 15th. If I ever get this order, or the purse, will never order again. My bad I guess. All these reviews say the same thing. They are clearly advertising items that they have no way to fulfill. Counting on the people that won't challenge them or fight back for free money.

I order 2 pair of shoes while in the store to be delivered to my home. Shoes were delivered ill fit. On 2 occasions I attempted to take them back to the location. Store was close dispite the mall being open. I called the corporate office and asked for corporate to send a return shipping label. Corporate said they couldn't help me although they could pull purchase up on their computer. It appears that Steve Madden makes it really difficult to return shoes during the pandemic. Not like many other businesses who've gotten the whole seamless return policy worked out during this difficult time. Such a disappointment.
