I purchase a pair of boots from this company as well sized up.I notice that because of my calves being large that the boots couldn't fit.I called customer's service to voice my complaint. The represented was very rude and not cooperative at all. They where not willing to accommodate me in any way possible. Now I'm stuck with a product that I cant even wear. Its companies like these that I wouldn't recommend at all for purchasing.This company deserves to go out of business. The way that they use and treat there customers is poorly. Please do not purchase from Steve Madden. They do store credit only!
I used the Steve Madden app, and was immediately charged before even asking for shipping information,. Never got any update or even asked my email just immediately charged, and no update whatsoever on the shoes. The website is fraud the app is fraud. They need to be shut down immediately and I won't stop until they are.

I place a order for maxima 8 for a gift for a family member my 1st order was canceled re order them again I just got them today with a surprise that look like someone try them on and put them back on the box the inside off the box looks like a mess. I call customer service give me 1 option send a replacement but I need it to send this other ones back need it print return label so I have to take my own time to do all off this keeping in mind that this Shoes were yo give them away this weekend ask replacement if I can just return them to a Steve madden store they say no. I ordered a pair of shoes that cost me $100+ in january. Only wore them 3 times with the past month and a half and the whole shoe tongue unsowed/came off. I reached customer service and they say that no returns can be made over 30 day like if im going to be wearing the shoes everyday. Unacceptable. The shoes are literally brand new and now i cant even wear them anymore. Nice shoes very bad quallity for the price

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this place. But since it's a well known name like Uggs, Dillards, Nine West in which I'm ordering from them all the time I haven't had a problem at all with them. I placed a boot order on Thursday if my boots don't ship by Wednesday 10/28/20 I will call my credit card company and place fraud on my account from this place. I see other people have been having problems with this company shipping their merchandise after their order was placed. This was my first and last time placing and order with this company. My order just says confirm. The order should have shipped out by now. I can't get anyone on the phone.
I ordered a pair of shoes in March 2020. I received the shoes but was unable to wear them until last weekend because of COVID-19. The strap broke within the first hour of wearing them.
I called customer service and spoke with a customer service representative who was extremely rude. I asked to speak with a manager and he said "ok" and hung up the phone. I then contacted customer service via e-mail and was told they cannot issue a refund or an exchange. What a joke.

By the way that pair of sandals ended up breaking after 2 weeks, could be because it was a bit small on me, but it was an expensive pair of leather sandals, my plastic mexican bought sandals have outlasted the steve maddens!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from steve madden. The first pair I received was the completely wrong pair of shoes and then they shipped me the wrong size for a different pair of shoes. I have to go out of my way to return all these shoes and make exchanges. Disappointing and will not be buying any other items from them.

I am never shopping here again. I've given them two tries over the course of the last 4 months. Each time, I ordered a pair of shoes and waited over a month before I was informed that the shoe was out of stock and my order was cancelled. The first time, I could understand, the product was out of stock before I placed my order, and my charge was removed from my credit card. In the second instance, I place my order in the beginning of June, was informed in the beginning of July that my order (for the exact same pair of shoes) was cancelled due to it being out of stock and that I was never charged. I reached out to customer service inquiring about the charge that still remains on my credit card balance, and received a generic automated response denying that I was ever charged. They need to manage their online site such that this isn't a regular occurrence, and not make their customers wait over a month before receiving a cancellation.
I called and spoke with a representative two weeks prior to Christmas about my order. I was told that I would receive a call back within a few days, and I never did. I called back today to get and update and was completely blown off my two representatives, one I. Which was extremely rude. There was no attempt for solution, alternatives, or anything of that nature. I have ordered from Steve Madden for years, but this has definitely turned me off from ever wanting to purchase again. I wish I could rate customer services with ZERO stars, because the first representative I received is HIGHLY unrecommended.

I ordered a purse that was supposed to be shipped. When I look online it states order unfulfilled. I have emailed with no response. I called and I have been on hold for almost an hour with no one picking up. I am currently on hold now. It's been 50min.and all of a sudden it hangs up. They give an option to do live chat however it's not working either. They are terrible. I expect this from a small retailer however who would have thought an established company would have such terrible service. I will never buy from them again. I will posting about this on all of my social media and I plan to let everyone know who will listen that Steve Madden is not the place to order from. I looking into how to cancel the order. I ordered a few items online and they sent me them in 5 parcels. When I wanted to return some of the items I was only able to print out 1 label, which obviously is not enough to post their shoes. I contacted their customer service and after of a week of communicating with them, they were able to email me an extra label. I sent it back like 1.5 months ago, and they refunded me only partially. When I called their customer service today, they lied they refunded me and I "need to call my bank" and they "forgot to refund me for one last item, and they will do it after I call my bank and they will put a note for now". What?! She put me on hold, it was like 10-15 min, she never got back to me.
So I immediately called my bank and they didn't find any refund transactions they have mentioned. So I filed a dispute with the store. I can't believe this is happening in 21st century.

So they say that returns are easy and you can generate a prepaid envelope through Canada post to return your shoes which I did and when they sent the receipt to acknowledge the return they charged me $7.85 to return the item.

Order # ******* was "shipped" and "full-filled" according to Steve Madden Canada, but the tracking says they have not been shipped. Order was placed May 27th, 2020. I have tried to contact Steve Madden 3 times now and no answer. I will never order from Steve Madden again. I should have read these reviews first.

I have been constantly emailing their "super helpful" customer service that a package that hasn't moved in 2 weeks is obviously lost. I told them I know this product WILL sell out to just re-send it because it was so obvious i would not be getting the package. Now that I ask them to hang to my size they tell me it'll reship in 3 MONTHS. This wasn't even the first mistake. I ordered the incorrect size and when i asked to cancel it the SAME NIGHT when I placed the order they said nope too late sorry. Gave me a hard time about the return label. I would suggest just getting Steve Madden anywhere but their own website. Just the worst experience I've ever had with an online shop, especially through a business that has been around for 30 years.

Ordered a pair of wedges on May 29. On June 6 they created a shipping label. Today is June 13 and FedEx STILL does not have the package. They charged my card the morning after I ordered! And of course, Steve Madden's barely English speaking CS representative had no option and blamed it on FedEx. I love Steve Madden shoes but I will NEVER buy direct from them again. (the only reason it gets 1 star is because I had to give it at least one)

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas (Zerodays Black) on 11/11/21. They charged my credit card immediately. Got an email confirmation stating they would ship by 11/15. Next day got another email stating it's a "preorder" so shipping is expected on 12/9. Heard nothing afterwards. The middle of Dec I began an online chat with "Stevie" and was told due to the pandemic…blah, blah, blah. She offered me a 15% discount. On Dec. 20th, via online chat, I cancelled the order because I got another email saying the shoes wouldn't ship until March, 2022. Got confirmation that my order was cancelled and was told the charge would be credited back within 3 to 5 days. 14 days later - still no credit. Filed a dispute with my credit card company today. Seems to me that this company pockets a lot of money without sending out product. Shady practices. Will never order nor buy Steve Madden products again.

I ordered the maxima shoes on 03/30/21. I was told they would ship on 4/20. Perfect timing for my birthday. 4/25 I contacted CS to locate my order. I was told it wouldn't ship until 4/30. Cool. Missed my birthday, but still no big deal. 5/3 no Shipping info so I see my order was unfulfilled. I contacted them and was told my order wouldn't ship until 5/25. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
