A great service, simple to use, exceptional communication and a great way to be able to purchase US products that are unavailable in Australia or can't be shipped directly from a company that can't or won't ship internationally.
Shipment *******. Looks like Stackry did not list all package received and ship all my items. Supposedly it should be 5 items, only 4 shipped despite the invoice labeled 5 items shipped. I asked Stackry about the missing item, but no answer, the item just appeared in my dashboard the next day. Since all items mentioned are from the same order and merchant, they must have been arrived at the same day, but got missed.
This causes me another expensive shipping cost. All in all, it would have been much better if they explain what happened and address if there was any mistake or not— I would understand. Having the item just appeared with no explaination after my enquiry make me disappointed.

Stackry received one package for you on 9/13/2024 and you shipped that package from our warehouse on 9/16/2024. Stackry received a second package for you on 9/19/2024 and that package was shipped from our warehouse on 9/20/2024. It seems the retailer shipped your order in two packages that were received at Stackry on different days. This is beyond Stackry's control. I understand it is frustrating, but you should contact the retailer to see why this happened. In the future, Stackry can consolidate your packages into one shipment to save on shipping. Why oh why does a letter opener that looks like a sword and a fencing trophy that they used an actual replica get stopped as swords. Actually understandable re the replica i guess. But why did no one respond to my emails until i asked clearly re a sword rather than sending links showing the letter opener sold as a letter opener... frustrating and slow...

Streamlined experience; they are very quick in scanning received packages. The shipping consolidation was a bit problematic, but that has since then massively improved! The first time i used their shipping consolidation service, there was a 1-week delay! To their credit, it was immediately addressed when i contacted Support. I did hate needing to contact Support. I tried the service again and this time the consolidation experience was much faster (less than 24 hours). Maybe the first time was just a fluke. Important thing is the company seems committed to making things right.

I asked sticky to ship my package since 27th of November and I paid what they asking for shipping fees, until now. I didn't get any update about my shipment when I contact with a customer care or customer service. I didn't get any answers they giving me link after link and all of them giving me one answer the item not found and they insists that they shipped it. I don't get anything I don't got any information about my package and they didn't provide me any answers

I see you shipped your package with FedEx Connect. Connect by FedEx (the economy branch of FedEx) is the slowest shipping option that Stackry offers. It can take up to 15 business days. The service does not come with live tracking. The tracking updates can go many days between scans. As of today. I see the shipment has been received at the carrier hub in the USA and is being processed for international transport. The final leg of delivery will be handled by Qatar Post. Please continue to track the package on the tracking link supplied to you. Responses to emails can take 2-3 business days at this time. Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
