Seems there is little communication between the shipping/consolidation area and the support area... on my last shipment... it appears another US address company i'll try.
I sent an email to ensure my consolidation was not a problem but apparently it made NO difference.
Seems ok
And yes have recommended friend about stackry as a US postal service.
Easy to use - just consolidate items when I get an email advising me disposal (package been there full free time) - change 40 kg individuals to 25 kg for postage... quite happy with that.
I have recommended to friends as easy to use and trustworthy
Concerned about shipment consolidation as i bought a replica sword which is not to be shipped but the other items are sporting equipment and have had shipped many times before but now the whole shipment is for some reason classed as prohibited... a LOT concerned...
Easy to use and receive updates re time items have been in storage quite often. Easy to list all details for the items so it can be used for customs by the freight company from the listing I make to stackry and their to the shippers...
Easy to use and simple to get things sent to me - if it was; t for companies like Stackry I would never be able to buy thing in the US as most of those items are shipping within the US only - or if they do post to Australia they want SO much money...
Last package had 1 item listed twice for customs by stackry for some reason (a $250 item.) and unsure why as well no reply to email...
Tip for consumers:
don't wait til the last day to consolidate and get the packages sent to you as you will rush (but even with that got all my items ...)

Very sorry you did not have a good experience with us. I see you emailed into support to see if the fencing product can be shipped. After we confirmed it could be shipped, what we should have done, was asked you to make us aware when the package arrived, so we could note your consolidation. This is not a common product we ship. It appears the warehouse employee thought the item was a sword. Sadly, we do not ship those items and the package was stopped as a result. I see you were able to resolve this matter with customer service however, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Hopefully in the future we can gain your trust and business back.
