Shipping experience with stackry

It was nice from 1st day of shipping to delivery; However price of shipping is on higher side. Such as I paid 91 usd however actual dhl price was 71 usd.

This was the third thim I used Stackry to have merchandise send to the Netherlands and I'm still very please how everything is handled. My page just speaks for itself, Its very easy to use and everything is very clear on how and where you can find your packages. They always add photos of you packages on arrival.

Some guidance for customs cost would be helpful! My package is only a letter with a print inside so it's hard to calculate what I would pay, and as the description box detects what type of package you describe, it could give a normal range for your package type. Otherwise it's been super quick and simple!

Customer service is very helpful in times of need! An idea would be to include messages on package reminders via WhatsApp, SMS or some sort of text message (but that is because I wasn't vigilant enough)

I am upset about having to pay to find out an issue with damaged packaging. How would I know if it occurred after opening the packages or not. A photo should come as standard if there are issues over seas rather than keep photos hostage for 4 extra dollars. Pretty upset and unhappy as well as confused how to handle it from this point.

When the team opens the retailer boxes for the consolidation, the procedure is separate any damaged items they discover. The reason for this is so you are aware the damage occurred in transit to Stackry. If Stackry is the cause of damage, we will notify you free of charge and initiate a claim. Great international shipping option.

Overall the website is easy to navigate and handle, the process of consolidating and packages identification is easy and clear.
I would hope for a better quality and well angled pictures for the packages and items.
It would be also nice to mention that as a receiver from a shipping company I might need to pay for custom(taxes).

Pathetic experience there is no consistency in there work one time they would allow the product the next time they would stop the product and ask for unnecessary certificates and the customer service is too slow its better to use myus than this they don't bother on customer satisfaction or experience I have shipped many items from there website initially it was good but then because of there inconsistency and unnecessary harassment have got me frustrated
